Delusions of utility are very common with the average pajeets, you see this a lot in the workplace where 80% or more of the employees are mostly useless.  

I think we are in free forum and country. You can expose whoever you want by proofs and documentation about his laziness or being useless so the admins thank you and kick him from his post. They can eventually give it to a better person.
Just for information, I know people who got better psychologically after talking with some specialists. It is not shameful.

That's true. I saw in some occasions in the past, people being banned because of that. I believe it depends from the mod and the section too. The risk is lower than those doing it while wearing ads but it exists.

Let’s be honest here, this MF will never stop using the forum even after being busted or banned because they get a good profit here instead of getting a job on their country with low minimum rate. They will just create a new account and do the same shit of merit jerking to each other until they repeat the process.
