The weird return of nullius, the timing, the thirst to join a signature campaign and collect money coincide with the timing of disappearance of satofan after he was kicked from signature campaign because of the negative trust. That negative trust was ignored by managers because of the name of the account called nullius. Nullius has alt accounts here. All these are facts. Now linking all these facts to conclude that these two accounts are associated with each other requires digging and/or waiting.
I doubt superficial digging will bring results but deep digging in the archive might be fruitful. Good luck for those willing to. I have my personal opinion. I have nothing personal against the nullius account at the opposite of the other/his? alt named satofan.
Meanwhile, it is very untrustworthy for a manager to disrespect his own rules since the beginning. I wonder people with that good of a technical knowledge, wouldn't they be having better means to capitalize on their knowledge than to join signature campaigns?

If you can invent one persona for an internet forum, you can invent several. There will always be things you can’t hide, and that’s where the coincidences come in. I know you were speaking in general terms, but in my specific case, I was kicked out of a campaign for red tagging the guy who insulted him in his farewell thread. So it's not that I didn't care.

From what I have seen nullius is an old member of this forum and he lift the forum and now his back, I really don’t know him that well because I’m not that old here, so I really can’t tell if the account belong to Satofan but from his few posts I have seen since he came back his not posting like Satofan except he decided to change attitude which is possible.

But I believe Satofan has one old legendary member account in this forum, you may be shocked that it is someone you never suspected.

Other than all the trolling we saw from him, I would not mind even Satofan44 himself coming back if he changes his attitude and behavior.  I often argued it is not that I feel inferior in any way to him, I do know I have less technical expertise than he did and he was admirable for his level of knowledge, but the only thing that kept him back was his over all behavior.  He never seemed to want to understand that however.  I do not know what he expected, flowers and kneeling from every reader every time he had an opinion to say?

I asked clearly in their topic to respect the rules and it seems that the unlawful and unethical behaviour was reversed. His name is no longer in the spreadsheet, yet he is still wearing the signature of that campaign which I consider as a worse red flag if everything will be done in the dark.

You mentioned eager to collect money. Well if you can collect $50 a week, then this could be considered as a good revenue in some countries with low wages. Satanfanius is most likely from a fifth world country so losing his side job will force him to find another trick. If he was clever and busy enough, he wouldn't lose his time insulting people and risking his career.
I have my own theories about the account that popped and it will not take a long time before knowing the truth behind that move.

But I can’t control other people’s (mis)behaviour.  Here, some nutcase changed the title of their existing thread to troll me for no reason.  What am I to do?

...why do you care?  There only legitimate reason to care about linking alts is some type of fraud:  Financial fraud (e.g., taking multiple slots in the same signature campaign), social fraud (sockpuppeting to fake social validation of your opinions), etc.  Otherwise, the intrepid alt-hunters are either spies who hate privacy, or batshit crazy obsessive paranoiacs who see faces in the clouds, and messages from space aliens in static on TV.
