After submitting a withdrawal request, my account was blocked.
I contacted support. They told me I'd violated their rules and suspected me of having other accounts, although in fact, I don't have any other accounts.
After that, they immediately offered to withdraw my deposit. My total deposit was $400. In addition, my winnings in the account amounted to $352. The total in the account was $752.

My account was unblocked. I resubmitted a withdrawal request for the amount of my deposit ($400). They returned my deposit and immediately blocked the remaining $352—that is, my winnings.
The casino didn't provide any evidence. They didn't conduct a KYC check.

If a casino thinks user broke the rules, like having another account they should usually ask for ID documents first through KYC, not hold the winning money right away. Based on Qzino own rules, the casino does have the right to hold money if they suspect something like that. But in this case there was no proof and no KYC, only the winning was held while the deposit was given back. This deserves an explanation. If it is really about having another account, all the money should be treated the same not split like this.

It would be better if you can provide the evidences of your claim, at least showing the agreement (chat/email) during the VIP transfer process.
Judging from what you say (lets say it is true), it is strange if they gave a bonus and told you that wager using the bonus is counted for the VIP challenge but at the end they said that you have to wager with deposit.
In other words, your wager with the bonus means nothing then what's the point of giving you the $50 while it is non withdrawable balance and it cant be used to for the VIP challenge?

That's a different thing, he is specifically talking about VIP transfer bonus while you bring about the 25FS bonus by doing task(s).
If the casino apply the same terms in these 2 different bonuses then I will say that there is nothing special with the VIP Transfer.
The main question about his case is whether the information he shared before is true or not (the contradiction related to the wager using bonus is counted towards VIP challenge or not).

Thank you for the clarification, but it has been four days since you said you forwarded montana11's complaint to the management and you didn’t post any update regarding the matter till now. This can cause frustration and raise suspicions, especially since this is not the only complaint where users are reporting issues with withdrawing their money.
