The honest answer is no.

There could be many reasons to serve as why some are not investing in bitcoin, some could be that they don't have the capacity to do so financially, while some already have enough resources and were aware of bitcoin, but could not afford to risk the investment, also, some are not able to understand the network to a convincing rate whereby they can be moved or persuaded for an investment consideration, many factors could have been the cause to why some are not investing and its obvious not everyone will invest.

Since Bitcoin is for everyone, i think everyone can invest in Bitcoin because Bitcoin is decentralized, and you cannot stop people from investing in Bitcoin if they decide to invest their money in Bitcoin. Discretionary income is what people need to start investing in Bitcoin and hold for a very long time. Sometimes in feel like the knowledge of bitcoin is not ramparde enough in the society.  So I feel like not enough people are leveraging on bitcoin to really use all the benefits of Bitcoin to betting their lives.

You are correct that knowing how to buy and sell on app is only start, most important part is safety knowledge that is learning to move your cash to your own wallet so you are not simply renting it from exchange. I think that too many people say that they have no interest in Bitcoin simply because they are too scared of tech load of building their own wallet digital safe.
