Me too, Moreover doing that is even going to look suspicious. Because a Casino does not have the time to beg anyone to buy or have shares with them, those that has shares with most of the casino might do it via pm and it will be discuss privately and not publicly. Exactly the point bud, the op possibly does not understand how a company issueing shares for the public to invest in works, shares is a heavily regulated investment asset by the government, a company can not just wake up one morning to issue shares and make it publicly available to be bought, the company will first have to go through the rigorous process of registering under the government and getting the permission to issue shares, aside this, the public must know those who are the owners of the company and every board member, this is how the public can hold the owners of the company accountable incase they fail to deliver.
