I've been trying to reach theymos through PM for about a week now about a matter best kept private. I wanted to answer the question he gave me. Haven't gotten any response. Any way to contact him other than PM?

As the sole administrator, he probably gets a LOT of pms.  I know in the past when I messaged him, it sometimes took him up to a week to reply.  Hope this helps.
