But everytime you fell and stand up, something failed to remain the same.

Then you start rebuilding, this time, from clarity, not from hype or emotions.

Every single person who have truly made it big in this space has one time in their past hit the bottom too, atleast just once.
The difference is they don't stay there.

They adapted.

Just to add, and for life in general, not just crypto. Have a clear and achievable goal. It is pointless to have goals that are not achievable because you will keep failing every time. Just "not giving up" is not enough. If you do the same thing you did in the previous year, you will still fail.
"The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results". I don't completely subscribe to this quote, but it is true in this context. Do things differently. Experience is nothing if you don't learn from it.

When you say you won't give up, make sure you're on the right path.

I will only start in 2026, I don't feel like I'm late. Therefore I try to make careful planning in determining investments both in bitcoin and in other assets. The first thing I understand is to build a financial foundation first, while learning the mistakes of novice investors because with that I try to minimize them. 2026 is wide open for anyone who wants to do better, study harder and motivate themselves that it is never too late even if they have to start from scratch.

Having experience failure and learn from it, you should be able to avoid such same pattern or attacks, if you still experience the same problem and fail over and over again, it means you are not learning, but if you have already evade that and able to move forward it means you have learned it, but this does not mean you are perfect or will not experience the same problem or other problems, you will still have obstacle along the way, the only advantage is that you already know what will happen incase you fail, and with that you can have better decisions.

Life is not a linear journey, sometimes you experience some ups while at other times you might experience some downs but overall, you have to learn how to create the right ballance such that you're not destroyed by your downs in the long run. As long as you're alive until this very moment, you've not lost anything at all. You have all it takes to still accomplish everything you set your eyes to. It might not work this year but it can definitely work next year if you're ready to learn your lesson, take the neccesary correction and walk into the new with the right mindset in view.

Last night, I had a brief discussion with a friend who told me he had given up on cryptos and was moving to something else. He said all the altcoins he had would stay the way he had them and that he wouldn't sell off. That it was either to moon or to dust. I couldn't persuade him otherwise to remain and find a way to DCA. I don't even have enough energy in me to waste on encouraging anyone. I passed through that moment of doubt myself and nobody talked me out of it. I was my own motivator and had to pull myself out of that mindset because I saw those who were hitting it big in this industry. It's information. To hit it big in this industry, one must've credible source(s) of information to arm one ahead of time to position well before news hit.

It's all part of the process.

Yeah, everything that happened in 2025 formed part of our success story. We can't say Bitcoin didn't perform well. It did but our high expectations of it made it look like it didn't spike much. It crossed $123k, almost doubling its previous ATH of $68k+ within four years. It's commendable.

Being able to still stand up on your feet every time you fall is a big motivation to what you’re aiming to accomplish. Many fall and never rise again not knowing that it is in this process of getting up again and trying again that’s making the whole process more simpler. Things will get better eventually as you get to learn better and correct your mistakes through the process.

This happens mostly in trading for me, but seeing how far I’ve come today don’t see myself giving up now. New things are learned and old mistakes are corrected and we will get better gradually and not through rushing to achieve success.

This is trading for me actually. Giving up is not even an option at all because it signifies failure. Once you’re able to dictate that at every time you’re progressing in your learning, that shows that you’re getting better and may only take time, but definitely with time, you’ll be able to achieve more than you can ever imagine. If I become a bag-holder holding some altcoins hoping they go up, I will continue to watch my capital melt away. You’re not alone in that experience. Many of us had plans for 2025 that didn’t work out the way we expected, especially in a market that’s unpredictable by nature. What matters more is mindset, and rebuilding with clearer goals is already a step forward.

2025 was a shocking year for many people, everyone thought it's going to be a good year but shit happens, I failed and at one time it looked impossible for me to fail, I overestimated myself I guess.

Investment doesn't favour me in 2025, not close enough but thanks for several failures in the past, I am already too strong for any failure to keep me in the same place without improvement.

2026 is here, we must thread more carefully, no overestimation, slowly but surely everything will fall in place,  with zero fear and one determination.

Can't argue with you on this matter, those who did not face the failure's do not know how to overcome their future mistakes. It really hits hard when you have to start from zeero again. It's all about how fast you can adopt yourself with the current flow of time and learn the things you should have learnt before you did the mistakes.

2023 was very hard time for me , 2024 was a good one , starting the 2025 was average but eventually not as promising as I was hope, but it turned out I was able to overcome my lacking. I hope a fresh start in 2026 with a bigger goal I can achive my new heights.

I think some people failed to set up realistic goals from the beginning tbh. Especially when they're bombarded with fud and fomo, which leads to biased analysis that they're not aware of. At the very least, it's easy to see if your goal is too impossible. Like, 100% return within 1 hour is likely not within reach, unless you're scamming people. But yeah, the only thing to solve that issue is to sit down and analyze better. Verify and collect more data so you can build a better framework to guide your decision.
