My PI5 Node Raspiblitz Public_Pool not connecting to sub Gh cheap miners

Public-Pool wont connect to sub Gh miners and connects for about 3 seconds on a 1.2 Th miner then drops it.

The BlockChain is fully synched.

Miners all have latest update and run fine on outside pools.

I wanted to lower the difficulty level and found ...

"Use the nano editor (or another command-line editor like vim) to open the configuration file:

sudo nano /home/publicpool/publicpool/settings.json"

Can't find settings.json

Any ideas why it won't connect?

I'm aware of the other Node running options out so no need to tell me about them or ask why I don't use them.
