You are right, when one starts lacking self discipline in gambling, that's when reckless behavior starts crawling in and before they know it, they are already addicted and are not seeking for health, meanwhile it's a problem that should have been avoided from the start. This is exactly the reason why we see lots of desperate and addicted gamblers who do not have any plan or budget, not to mention discipline in their gambling lifestyle. Good point, even how good you are chances of winning still depends on luck though in som circumstances like knowing when to stop and using your opportunities to quit each time you are still in winning side is something that can be change and can be control but in terms of assuring your win that's really uncontrolable when you are inside this venue, gambling is relies on luck.

Gambling was good part of me last year and so will it be this year also because I am not addicted to gambling in any way, last year I did not spend high amount of money on gambling and I always use small amount of money to gamble. I did not go beyond my gambling budget which is what that is most important in calculating if I am addicted or not.

well, there is nothing wrong if you are not addicted to it, the most important thing is to make sure you are in control of your actions and not spending too much money in gambling...creating a budget goes a long way to curb gambling addiction  or irresponsible gambling...Another thing that can help is in the long run is not trying to make gambling a source of income or a way to gst money
