The forum management are really doing a good job, you may see it as an easy job until you step in, it is then you will see how difficult it is.

For the fact that the forum is still in a good condition and developing well the management deserve some credit because they have done very well.

theymos is the admin and neither he nor any of the mods moderate scams, that's done through the trust feedback system and trust flags. Moderators prevent spams and other actions that falls under the forum rules.

The forum admin and moderators deserves accolades for a well-done job in maintaining forum management and decorum, also, we must not pretend as if we don't recognize the eminent presence of other valuable members of the forum that are reputable and helping in the fight against scam and other unhealthy forum behaviors from members, such as scam and dishonesty by exposing them, preventing innocent ones being a victim of their illicit activities to affect others and harm them, the forum is made complete with everyone of us together.

It's also about US being a responsible members on the forum, following the rules, and helping admin and moderators to do their job becomes easier via clicking the "report to moderator" button is the best way in participating how to manage the forum well to combat spam or scam.

The Admins and moderators needs some thumbs up for keeping the forum running smoothly.

In terms of fighting scams and other activities that help clean up the forums, I give it more to those users who dedicate time to fish them out and tag appropriately and present it to the  mods to take action, and to those who fish out AI spams that help the forum maintain human interactions.

Even those that report inappropriate posting style and posts to the moderators to take action are really doing a great job.

The management do a lot and same as the users, so I give it to both the management and the users.

Fighting scam is the duty of everyone, the duty of the general moderator and the other staff is to handle the general activities of the forum like the administration, forum finances, gatekeeping, all duties to make the forum work but scam is the duty of everyone not just them. You would have done a much better job checking how to spell 'well done' beforehand but seeing that you got most your merit from rubbish megathreads on the speculation section like the pushups one, buy buy buy sell sell sell, buy the dip and hodl, and the most from a shitcoin thread I am not surprised.

Seems that you don't know well how forum actually works if you think that theymos and mods moderate scams. Nope, scams aren't moderated. Also, don't know you done it intentional or not, but what the hell weldon means. I guess you wanted to say well done and yeah, I know that all of us makes typos, but maybe check spelling at leat in topic title?
Also, I'm not going to lick asses. Yes, mods are doing more or less good job, offcourse there is always room for improvement. But they are just doing what they're supposed to do, like every other job.

You're right, anyone or any member can raise and report issues related to cheating or rule violations set by Mr. Theymos. A final decision can be made or determined if the issue remains unresolved.
The moderators and staff primarily focus on the activities of everyone involved in the forum, including the administration. They all play important roles in the forum, but Mr. Theymos has complete overall control.

Well it's more formal you call Theymos an administrator not a moderator the roles are pretty far apart. Anyways that aside the trust system is what is used to fight scam plus everyone is involved in the fight against scam indirectly this should be a reminder that your reports will count in cleaning the forum.

Biggest thing I think you should be thanking Theymos for instead is the backend management of the forum, let's not forget there's a huge bounty on a lot of things. Happy new year....

Realising that theymos has put effort in protecting us the forum users from all attacks, especially when it comes to the datas and FEDs attacks towards our privacy and what we do in the forum having had an eye on the founder of the core idea of this forum, decentralisation and privacy, it is worthy to say thank you to theymos and every one who has hand in the management of the forum but for the part you speak of I'm not sure scams are reguled by theymos but everyone who wants the betterment of th forum using the trust feedback system, and this someone has already raised an eyebrow on it.

And thanks for education about language. I went through OP recent posts and looks that he support Nigeria National team in AFCON, so, very likely that he is from Nigeria. So, maybe it wasn't typo .

Some typos or supposedly mistakes can't be blamed on the writer but on the device we use, some of our device keyboards with auto-correct turned on often times mistake what we've typed to mean something else and change it without we noticing it..

But all the same, the blame may still come back to fall on us since we control the device with which we use to type, and the error we do make again is that most of us don't take out time to go through what we have typed before hitting the post button, maybe if we learn to do this, it will help to significantly reduce the amount of mistakes or typos in our posts, whether it's our fault or the fault or the device.. 😁

There is no doubt that theymos deserves appreciation for keeping this forum alive and in shape throughout all these years, being a solo admin and managing everything himself with only some assistance from other members/admins/mods. If it weren't for him, we wouldn't have the forum up and running, or at least as organized as it is today. And, when we talk about keeping the forum in shape or organized, with more features and tools, we can't forget mentioning @PowerGlove, who has been doing so much for the forum, creating and providing theymos with patches and updates that he then has been implementing, so I think @PowerGlove also has played a great role in making this forum updated and organized.

Moderators are always an important part of a community, because they are in charge of controlling spam, cleaning the useless stuff, and keeping the community safe and clear for everyone to enjoy good discussions, but when we talk about that, we can't deny the fact that members who report stuff to moderators contribute greatly to this, because if it was only left on moderators, they would probably not be able to cover every section and every thread, and we would also need more moderators if such a feature didn't exist. So, we should also appreciate the users who constantly report posts and threads and make the work of moderators easier.
