My kyc has been rejected despite uploading original docs in verification.
I think the issue is in their side coz my documents are legit.
My withdrawal has been paused.

Not yet, I just "logged in" to my forum device after tackling IRL matters and start nudging my contacts and reaching out to other contacts for other casino and the likes, forum related. I'll let you know once I heard back.

Yeah, my contact informed me earlier this morning that they give you one last chance to redo KYC and the feature should be unlocked by now, please make sure things is as what they ask you to provide as I don't think my contact can get you another second [well, third] chance.
