I've just found this topic, and I can relate. My balance has been held hostage as well since early 2025. I've had about 25,000 USDT withdrawal pending for months. Out of that 25k, they paid out 2,500 USDT last summer, but nothing since then.
When I contact support, I'm either told they've notified the relevant team and that I should wait, or I'm ignored completely. Last October, I contacted them and was told they "are investigating the nature of my wins," and that "it takes time, anyway meanwhile you are awaiting you can try your luck and increasing your stakes by winning in our platform." Yeah...
About a week ago, they reminded me of themselves when they emailed me about their new token, so I came back to check. Seemingly, no progress has been made. Well not nothing: I went on a bit of a winning streak, so now it's about 35,000 USDT that's stuck with them... Great...
To be fair, since the rebranding, support is a bit more likely to respond. Nowadays I'm told they are "actively working on it." However, when I ask what this "work" entails, or how much of it has been completed over the past months, I only get silence.
I raised the issue in their Telegram group. My messages were deleted and I got banned. I was able to contact a Rollhub manager though, who told me he would ask the team about the problem.
Edit: Today I found that I'm banned from their on-site general chat as well..
