Like you said, it's been 6 years so definitely we have recovered a lot...the economy is not currently in a good condition but it is far better than where it was in 2020...there are lots of progress that has been made, down to the work sector, people are now working without being obstructed from doing that...Coving 19 took out freedom and everyone felt like prisoners because we couldn't do the things we were supposed to

Covid-19 has brought the economies of 19 countries to a standstill, as people have been unable to leave their homes. This Covid-19 has put so much pressure on the economy that the country's economic deficit has not been filled yet. However, compared to the past, some of the economic deficit has been filled in the present, but it will take several years for the Arab world to fully fill the economic deficit.

The worst mistake of all was the states and governors handling the pandemic, they took half-baked measures, prohibited a lot of people from working, harming several people and companies, leaving these people with depression.

Some nations had less disastrous results than others, but overall, the outcome was similar. Even if some adopt lockdown or not.

Imagine if there was a pandemic similar to COVID every 5 years? Would the level of wealth in the economy be the same as it is now?

COVID only showed us that humanity is not psychologically ready to face a pandemic and states are the worst to lead one, sacrificing the entire economy and people's jobs to apply desperate measures that have never been tested before by humanity.

I'm not saying that the pandemic wasn't catastrophic in terms of health and deaths, it was, vaccines played an important role, but my criticism is the desperate way in which the pandemic was faced. People themselves delegated the power of the state to apply authoritarian measures that weren't resolving the situation.

In terms of the economy in general, yeah it is seems that all are in a normal condition again but if it is about our mental or well-being, then I'm sure many can agree that they/I are not healed yet but the trauma is still there.

Life has never been the same ever since the Covid-19 came in the scene. The Covid-19 still has its own peak times, I mean happy times like obviously there is a point that we have no class and have no work. People enjoy Tiktok, playing video games online, hanging out with friends and family. So isn't that what you called as a freedom? Then suddenly work from home and online class was introduced, which still gives us some freedom.

Instead of looking at the negative sides of the pandemic we should take a look at the positives that we got from the COVID outbreak. COVID has reshaped the world and has changed the way that even traditional works were done. Before now much people didn't give much attention to online or freelancing jobs but the aftermath effect is clear to us all that the future of jobs all over the world is likely to go online as was experienced during the pandemic you can work anyway in the world from the comfort of your home. The good thing about it is that people has gotten used to it and has adopted to the new reality on ground.

I was relatively young at that time and I didn't have any source of income. But at that time, our family was under a lot of financial pressure. My father lost his job due to Covid and he didn't have enough money to last for a long time. Due to which my father had a lot of debt at that time and he still has to repay that debt. There was an economic crisis in the whole world due to Covid, but for a poor family, there was a bigger crisis. Because a rich person could eat food anyway. But a poor person couldn't get food at that time. Many people didn't die because of Covid, they died because they couldn't eat food.

It was really a hard time for most of us but it also helped me push beyond just relaying on day jobs, things where so rough back then that our company need to cut down workers and many which their duty can’t allow them work from home where mostly dropped, currently I can say the COVID did me good by pushing me to learn some online skill which I can now consider to be a secondary employment for me added to my white collar jobs.
COVID 19 was a time that reshape a lot of things ranging from economy to personal life decisions, most people become self relaliance from the event of COVID we were forced to think outside the box and come up with solutions to our own personal life and decisions, this is when most of us become independent mentally and the reflection is what we are seeing currently.
The year of the coronavirus had changed all the ways. The coronavirus had imposed personal and economic decisions on itself because it has closed traditional ways. People have invented new ways with their wisdom. Everyone has worked keeping in mind the circumstances but this year too the economy has not suffered much and everyone has also resolved their personal losses on their own. This means that even bad situations teach us something. The year of the coronavirus has made us personally stronger and strength will help us in the coming years as well.

I dont think that disaster Covid-19 caused is still affecting a country economy...any country that have economical team, has been on their fit since the incidents of Covid-19

Except the country dont have economy planners that will help for their economy resurrection...

What we have to focus on is that during these type of crisis periods, things crash and everyone is doing worse, and yet, afterwards everything starts to get better. That means, for anyone who is liquid enough, like bitcoin or gold or bonds etc, you could cash out very quickly and get in the markets.

In our case, bitcoin also crashed too, in 2022 it crashed (although in 2021 it was high and that was covid too) but right now bitcoin is suffering due to war and tariff fears. I guess that we are completely out of covid and its consequences but we still have pandemic equivalent other factors to influence bitcoin markets.

Covid is gone but the impact still remain the same for many countries economically. Ever since we got into lock down, we have experience high rate of unemployment in my country, some countries are still suffering from the same and also high inflation. When we went to fully lock down, many business collapsed, some firm reduced their employees to be able to cope with the current state of the economy, not to forget people that loss all their savings during that time.

What I like about us is that no matter how things are difficult for us as human, we know how to handle our difficulties. There are many people that run into loss during that time of Covid and till now they are still paying up for that debt because they loss their job since then. Some companies refused to take in some people back to their role because since some work can be done remotely, they sack some people they were managing during that time.

The economic impact of Covid has been negatively felt in many areas. Prices, which rose during the Covid period, have not returned to normal. The economic effects of Covid are still ongoing in many sectors. The Covid period showed that some goods were sold at very high prices in the market. Rising rents and costs caused hardship for many people.

Covid caused people to experience difficult times, and it took time for economies to recover. In some countries, the economy is still feeling the negative effects of Covid.

It is now 2026 and it has been 6 years since the pandemic hit us. If those of you remember, economy really dropped during then and its effects could still be felt years after. But now 6 years later, it seems like a lot of people have recovered and many economic pursuits have been booming. The pandemic hurt a lot of us but also brought in developments that stuck with us like WFH set up and increased delivery services. Now those are what drives the economy. Do you feel that you have recovered from the pandemic? If yes, how?
yea for sure i think a lot of people have recovered now to a point where covid is just a very distance memory. covid effected everyone in some forum  business's closed people lost jobs the economy took a hit and people lost family and friends. 6 years has past and things have move on and healed new problems are created and people refocus their lives.

If it's about physically, I've recovered from the covid 19 not because I've contained it but because of the anxiety that it has given us.

Economically, I've recovered also but with the cheaper price of goods pre-pandemic. It's not going to be back anymore.

Because most things have become expensive now and having one job is no longer enough. Getting a side hustle has become a norm and not just one but two and more.

Yeh, with people stuck in home, social media played a vital role, not only keeping them updated of the current news in real time, but also kept all of them enjoyed, business was done through social media, creators were earning money by entertaining viewers.

People were stuck, in that time, anyone could go insane and start losing their minds, but social media stopped that but it also helped people make money, since then many has pursued their profession as WFH now, before that the concept of WFH was too low.
Flow of money drives the economy, if that is being restricted due to the limitaions of being in the house, no source of income, then that flow breaks and economy goes down.
