As usual, we should have seen a sharp drop in Bitcoin's price after this news. But Bitcoin even surpassed $91,000 today, and which is completely opposite to previous occasions. Did the market genuinely not care about this news, or was it because it happened over the weekend and investors were still on holiday? Perhaps we'll have to wait until the market opens on Monday to know exactly how this news will impact the crypto market.

I think the United States will do the same thing with Venezuela as they did with Iraq. And which country will be the next target of the US? They won't stop.

Many got feared if there's another decline will happen especially that these past few days many speculate about more deeper decline will come and they see this situation as additional factor for that situation to happen. But as we see it didn't give much big effect on Bitcoin since as we notice Bitcoin hit back at $92k again. That situation happen on Venezuela didn't trigger a massive selling since maybe people realize that situation happened in their country do not have anything to do with Bitcoin. Seeing this situation looks like those weak hands are gone and what's left are those people believe that Bitcoin will pump back at six digits again.

We don't see those price huge drop happened, so can assume that investor treat this as situation that they don't need to take it negatively. It seems that local issues cannot affect Bitcoin and the only one can give a bad move are those issues that can be a huge threat on its adoption.

I think if the evil plan of US to steal Venezuela's oil succeeds, that will mean that petrodollar will become stronger again and if that happens, that can only mean that we would see bitcoin go up too because at some degree, bitcoin's price is tied in some way or another to the dollar. I do believe that this move against Venezuela is for the worst though because that can only mean that we will only see US grow much bigger as a tyrannical superpower nation that can just swoop in to any country with impunity because they need to steal something from that country.
