Buyer will have to cover paypal charges fees for international balance transfers;

PayPal balance or a bank account  
5.00%+
A minimum international fee of 0.99 USD
A maximum international fee of 4.99 USD

So infact you would have to cover this cost of transfer to get paypal usd.
Example;

If 100usd sent u get 95.01 usd (if assume max 4.99 usd fee) and then 5% of that is 4.75usd so u get 90.26 usd

or

If 100 USD is sent, you'd get:
100 USD - 0.99 USD (min fee) = 99.01 USD
Then, 5% reduce:
99.01 USD - 5% (4.95 USD) = 94.06 USD

either way u need give me 100usdt. Since rate is 1:1 i don't make any profit from this, this is by far the cheapest exchange option. Currently available upto 450 paypal balance USD for exchange reply to this thread if interested

I recommend to use an escrow for this trade: Few Trusted Escrow Providers
But with it being with PayPal, a reversible payment platform. It's going to be hard for you to find someone who'd do that even it's with an escrow. If you're in need of USDT and there is no one would do the trade, you'll have no other options but to bear with the fees from the exchanges.

That's true, and this is because OP doesn't have enough reputation in the forum. There's a possibility that after receiving the agreed USDT and sending the PayPal funds to the buyer,, he might open a dispute through PayPal customer service and try to convince them to reverse the transaction.

As a Bptrades escrow service provider, I would naturally refuse to be a mediator for such high-risk transactions unless the other party is aware of such risks and willing to accept them. Therefore, I issue a disclaimer for these transactions or refrain from handling them entirely.
