Is it right minimum amount require for withdrawing must be $20? how possibility the fund under $20 can't withdraw yet or we must make deposit again to reach require amount minimum. I know. That makes sense not to share in detail. If you share why the casino asked for the KYC, they will come back later and bypass the protections. I think this is the common thing that casinos have to deal with. Multiple account issues arise a lot when there are freebies. The players try to milk the casino, doesn't really matter how. However, I do not agree with the terms that we do not looking fo KYC if nothing triggers it. A player just shared that they were able to withdraw $50, but they had to complete the KYC. It's quite tricky.

Exchanges or casinos usually have to use transaction fees that can make quick on chain confirmations for their users and for example with Bitcoin, it must be on tip of Bitcoin mempools. I agree that your casino might not charge extra fees for your business benefit but users must know that fees paid on any centralized wesbites from withdrawal must be more expensive than fee they can use by broadcasting transactions from their non custodial wallets.

Companies can not use too low fee rates that might cause longer waiting time and uncomfortable experience for their users.

This is strange because I talked with Acebet support and they told me there are blockchain fees and some additional fees charged by other providers.
I asked them again to tell me exact fees paid for bitcoin, and they told me they dont know and I have to see that myself when I initiate withdrawal from my account.
