This is a bit confusing, to be honest, and if I’m not mistaken, then this is the first time I have read aclause like this! How are users supposed to verify if their countries are allowed or not? Are they going to be rejected before creating their accounts or after that? And most importantly, what will happen to users who already have active accounts if the casino suddenly decides to restrict them?
I think it would make more sense if they said something like that they reserve the right to update the list of restricted countries (and avoid adding "at our own discretion").

Found something called etheraul scam linked to him, but there's not much information about it either. Few red flags, but I wouldn't call it a scam site as of now.

So it's pretty clear you aren't accepting any users from restricted countries either normally or using VPN. If someone uses a paid VPN with a fixed IP address from restricted countries, then how are you going to prevent them? Because you said there is no KYC unless your system or provider flags an account? I am not a gambling specialist, but I am curious to know how you will handle this kind of situation if users use crypto as a payment method.

Also, since not asking for KYC initially, then it would be challenging to prevent multiple accounts. We often see how gamblers create allegations against casinos for blocking accounts for multi-account allegations. So are you ready to handle or prevent abuse of your system? We like transparency; users shouldn't be falsely alleged to have multiple accounts or be abusing the system.

So now, I have a specific question to you regarding the restriction countries. Is "Bangladesh" allowed or not? Yes No -- question.
