I think it's just about the prompt used on AI, the better the prompt the better the image, that's how AI works to produce images, so no matter how good and exclusive your image is if it's AI-generated then the art value is not too valuable in my opinion, because what counts here is the value of the prompt not the image if it's AI-generated.
And again I sometimes feel strange when someone sells services or products but they don't show off what they are trading, just writing, I sell this and that and so on...
How can customers see that you are professional or have good work?

Exactly, my thinking about this is:
1.] AI has/will totally devalue the graphic design process, and removes the skill. There is no skill in
dreaming up an idea and converting that to text for a computer to turn your text into the image
it feeds you, you then tweak your text to change the outcome.
There are purely skilled artists and designers using their brain and hands
[not everyone can do that]There are also skilled designers who cannot necessarily use a pencil or brush but use computer
programs to press buttons and use tools to generate an image - i.e Photoshop
[not everyone can do that]Now AI can do it all with as little as 10 or 20 words
[everyone can do that]
