The fact that they don't load "properly" sounds like browser compatibility issue. Are you using some older phones or old computers / old browsers perhaps?

Because error message for regional restrictions have been self-explanatory for me at least. Or they are just restricted and dimmed in the menu, so site itself is preventing me to open them.
