Bitcoin Blockchain Explorer tracks profits

I am looking for a block explorer or a portfolio tracker on your wallet address, where you can just paste your Bitcoin wallet address, and it will show a lot of data like how much profit you already made by just holding Bitcoin or for every incoming transaction, outgoing transaction, etc.

My plan is to have a Bitcoin wallet, which I will use for DCA or anything like trading if needed.

For example,
If I send Bitcoin to that wallet address, it is considered a buy, and it will get the price of Bitcoin during that transaction.
If I withdraw some Bitcoin to that address, it means it is considered a sell, then it calculates some profits, or any other data that I can easily understand.

My goal is to track my profits, costs, losses, and some prices that I bought, like average price,e and any other data/chart are helpful.

For example,

Electrum has a built-in Fiat "Capital Gains" calculator that does that.

The catch is, it depends on the Local Currency, the API source if it's supported by that feature and the age of the transactions.
It works in some setups, sometimes not.

If you have a Desktop Electrum wallet and want to test it, try this:

• Select an API "Source" and tick "Download historical rates" in your fiat settings (Tools->Preferences->Fiat).
• Wait for your History tab to be filled with date-specific fiat balances; if it wont, select another fiat rate source API.
• Then select "Summary" in the small setting icon [] at the upper-right side of the history tab to see how much you've gained/lost.
• You may also tick "Show Capital Gains" if you want to see each txn's Capital gain in the history tab.

There are many mobile apps like that, but there is some privacy risks in using them and connecting everything with one account and IP address.
I remember one interesting open source alternative app called Rotki that can be used while keeping some use privacy.

You said blockchain explorer if not I would have suggested the most popular one which is the the portfolio tracker on some aggregator platforms like coingecko or CoinMarketCap, the only far difference of this is that you cannot actually just use your wallet address and it automatically picks it whenever you have new bitcoin on that address but rather it’s a manual thing where you yourself have to be the one to actually manually enter the amount of coin and the price at that will be used for the bitcoin, this aggregator had actually helped in getting even the average buys of the coins due to price variance which is as a result to the aggregators price of bitcoin is usually different as we all know because it takes average or all exchanges prices

Anything will do, as long as I can track my gains/losses. Recently, I was just using coingecko portfolio, but it's really a hassle to manage, like every time I buy or sell, I need to update the Coingecko portfolio; sometimes I miss, and it will become not accurate anymore.

But can't you update it weekly or something? I assume you can easily track your address tx and just update that manually on Coingecko. I said this because you said that if your address got new inputs or outputs, it can be regarded as "new buy" or "sell".

I don't think he have the time to do it manually besides, if there are tools that does that efficiently, why would someone prefer doing it manually? Coingecko does not offer comprehensive service as detailed by the OP, it does not report weekly profit/loss and other important details which means you have to do the calculations yourself. I will check some of the tools suggested because I was already looking for the same thing too.

On a high level, this seems an interesting application/website to build. How about building a website for the same.
A user would just enter a bitcoin public key and then based on all the deposits and withdrawals from that address it will fetch the bitcoin rate for that timestamp.
Then it will calculate the capital gains based on those transactions at those timestamps respectively.
If really had the time to do it, I would certainly do it but right now I am caught up with my other responsibilities.
May be I can try to build at some point later.

This is possible, from my previous experience, I lost some tracks recently when I was just using coingecko portfolio, sometimes I missed recording a buy or sell transactions and resulted inaccuracy.
Because, for example, if I use some P2P to buy Bitcoin and it will be sent directly to my Bitcoin wallet, that's why I need it to be based on input and output transactions.

Apparently, my country is not supported by Blockpit, so I changed to Coinpanda and Cointracker, using the listed free version. I'll give an update too in this thread I guess if they are efficient to me.

If you are actively doing a transactions with your wallet seems its quite hassle to make a log every time of course busy days comes so having that automated tracker was so ease just tracking all of the incoming and outgoing transactions and make a summary of report by monthly or year.
