hello,

We all know that the current Lightning Network does not support assets using protocols such as BRC20 and Runes. However, if we build a completely new Lightning Network based on the RSMC protocol of the Lightning Network, enabling it to support all assets on the Bitcoin mainnet, and conduct fast, low-fee swap transactions and AMM transactions on this new Lightning Network, would anyone be interested?

If you are interested, please contact me. We are building this brand new Lightning Network, and it is already available for trial.

@OP, the technical claims you provided is vague and the fact that a newbie account is asking users to PM you to learn more is a red flag for me.

Atleast, since you said it is already available for trial, you should have provided a github link for this, white paper or testnet details so that users don't have the impression that it is a scam project.

hello,

We all know that the current Lightning Network does not support assets using protocols such as BRC20 and Runes.
I remember how Runes and the BRC20 were a thing last year. It was a trend that so messed up the Bitcoin network. It clogged it to the point that fees skyrocketed and delayed transactions became the new order. I even bought a few of those tokens back then. Maybe it's time to check what's happening with them again.

I'm wondering what happened to an account registered in May 22, 2024 but has just a single post which was made today being Jan 6, 2026? I'm just curious. Did the account change hands or did you intentionally wipe off old posts or never posted at all untill now?

I haven't posted anything yet. We've been in development for the past two years, and the product is now in the trial phase.

Taproot Assets and RGB protocol exist to manage token/NFT on LN. Tether also plan to use Taproot Assets to bring USDT to LN[1], so i would rather see people extend both Runes and Ordinals to support either protocol i mentioned.

[1] https://tether.io/news/tether-brings-usdt-to-bitcoins-lightning-network-ushering-in-a-new-era-of-unstoppable-technology/

It appears that LN won't be doing any compatibility work for existing mainnet asset protocols. These existing protocols, such as ordinls and runes, are already quite robust, and without changes to LN itself, there's virtually no possibility of compatibility with ordinals and runes. This is why we're developing a new lightning network. You can refer to our technical white paper: https://docs.sat20.org/english

RGB is also not compatible with assets such as ordinals, runes, and brc20.
