I am writing this to alert the affiliate community about my recent negative experience with BC.GAME, specifically involving Jonata Leggiero (Head of Affiliates) and Ka Li Kam (Affiliate Manager).

Summary of Facts:

• November 21, 2025: A $140 CPA deal was agreed upon with Ka Li Kam to promote BC.GAME on a new website.
  
  Activity: Throughout the remainder of November, we generated 11 FTDs (First Time Deposits), strictly complying with all KPIs requested in the agreement.
  
  The Conflict: In early December, after I inquired about the withdrawal process for the $1,540 in accrued commissions, the manager, Ka Li Kam, began ignoring my messages. Subsequently, she sent a screenshot claiming—without any technical evidence or support—that the traffic was "fraudulent."

Management’s Response:

• Upon escalating the case to her superior, Jonata Leggiero, I received unprofessional and hostile treatment. Mr. Leggiero’s response was limited to:
  
  Questioning the deal that his own manager (Ka Li) had offered, claiming the agreed CPA "didn't make sense."
  
  Accusing me of fraud based on subjective assumptions ("I wasn’t born yesterday"), without providing any suspicious activity report to justify the non-payment.
  
  Threatening to block me following my insistence on a logical explanation.

It is unacceptable for a brand of this caliber to use their own managers' "errors" in setting rates as an excuse to avoid paying earned commissions. I am attaching evidence of the agreement, the traffic delivered, and the conversations that demonstrate the lack of grounds for withholding these funds.

Warning: I strongly advise other affiliates to exercise caution when dealing with this team of Scammers. They do not honor established agreements and cut off communication channels when it is time to pay.

I don't know anything with your case, but I would have to agree that if I were the affiliate manager and I seen all your users made the same depo amount, I would be suspicious. There's also no way I would agree to pay someone $140 per FTD and they all depo roughly $30.

$140 per FTD is a really big amount if there is no minimum deposit amount mentioned, or the deposit amount is 5x lower than the CPA reward. Any affiliate can create a Facebook group, hire thousands of people, and ask them to create an account on the BC game, make a $30 deposit, win or lose, and you will get $50. There will be thousands of them who will do this task. The affiliate will earn $140 per FTD and even if he spend $50 per user, he would still have $90 in profit. So this is kinda nice profit. I don't know if the CPA amount is different for each region and how it is set. But $140 per FTD sound too good to be true.

TBH, I'm not sure who shall I assign this case, I don't think I have an affiliate division in my contact, but past case was handled by marketing in tandem with community. Of which both were not available yet, each for their own reason. I do have a spare marketing contact, let me try to bring this matter to their attention.

$140 CPA for latin america targeting with the requirements OP shared is a crazy deal, the affiliate manager really did fuck up by offering him that.

OP is already in contact with both his affiliate manager and the head of affiliates, and by his words, OP account is still under investigation, so i honestly don't see what you can help with other than getting more context about the situation for the rest of us.
and just like others have said, it does look like affiliate abuse to me as well.

We have promoted in good faith and legitimacy; it is not my fault that they offered us the CPA. What is the proof if many deposit the same amount? Is the text of the bonus different for each person?

We cannot see the exact deposit amount from each account, but just under $400 deposited from 11 means the average deposit was around $35. If the site offered that deal to you, they should honor the deal and cut ties with you if they aren't happy with what you brought to the table. We don't make the decision though, that's up to the site.

Yes, since BC game affiliate managers offered the deal, they should honor the deal and then suspend the deal after paying him. There is a reason why BC game guy said, "I wasn't born yesterday". They assumed it was a CPA abuse due to the average deposit amount. If I were the manager, I would think it's abuse too. But as you said, since the deal was offered by BC game, they should honor the deal and then cut ties.

It seems they said that the account is under investigation. Probably they are checking if there are multiple account issues. If they find multiple account issues, I think OP will be in trouble.
