First of all I wanna know who designed that ANN of yours? It's been so long (or has it been never?) since I saw an animated ANN before. Who exactly made it? It looks ok on desktop but on mobile it's kind of weird. Secondly, as I was reading.through your terms and conditions, I got confused here! What kind of review you meant here? AML? Sanctions address?

It looks funny, though, but believe me, every casino would put terms and conditions that would help keep them on the safe side, so when I saw this, I initially never gave a thought about it because I expected such to be there as I know casinos would definitely come up with strategies to delay payment either while investigating or when they are short of bankroll so it does not raise eyebrowse in the system against them. So expect clauses as such on their terms and conditions.

They used .gif images in the announcement topic. This format allows short and repeating animations.
The animation makes the announcement look cool and more attractive (I didn’t notice any issues on mobile, btw), but I'm pretty sure this is not the first time this has been used in an announcement topic.

I believe they need to improve the whole Policies page and add more details. I guess this is the shortest ToS page I have ever seen!

I’ve already placed a bet on Bitcoin. To be honest, the available prediction options are still quite limited. Increasing the number of prediction choices might attract more users to participate on your site. Also, I was looking for a change password feature but couldn’t find it. Do we need to submit a support ticket to change our password?

It’s not instant, I’ve already tried it. I think it would be better to make it instant for small payment and add a cancel feature for withdrawal requests.
Maybe it’s because they use a third-party service, so they need to review it, which causes a delay.

No we do not mean any kind of review like you mentioned, we mean that at this stage at least, all withdrawals are handled manually by our team ("reviewed") and we perform checks that we cannot share in detail. However, they don't relate to the things you mentioned. We are a "privacy-first" platform. But do not worry, they don't affect 99.999% of withdrawals.

I feel like LuckyBucky would have been a better name for the casino. I thought it was a crypto casino, which might have games, but it seems more like a sportsbook, without any real sports in it. LOL. I'm not sure if I have seen such a platform before. However, I have heard of Polymarket where bettors can place bets on politics and on many other things. The website looks pretty simple, and I don't see many options in it. So I doubt about the information about active users. The announcement banner shows 50K active users, which is totally wrong since it's a new platform.

It makes sense if your account has suspicious activities, and the casino detected these things, especially after you won big or won continuously then submitted a big withdrawal request, there will be in-depth investigation and manual reviews before they approve your withdrawal and proceed it for you.

That term in the screenshot is one of many terms used by companies in their ToS in order to defend their business. Honestly I don't see any risk from such terms against user account, fund and withdrawal if they don't intentionally cheat the casino. If anyone tries to exploit a casino, these terms exist as barriers against cheaters and exploitations, and eventually they might end with no approved withdrawals while their previous attempts are like time wasting.

Even though they've mentioned possible delays in their T&C, I believe the casino should provide an exact timeframe for the review process. If it takes days or even weeks, that's not reasonable even if it's stated in the T&C.

Keep in mind that first-time withdrawals typically take longer due to initial verification. However, for users who frequently play and make deposits/withdrawals the process should be faster. Also, since they use third-party payment/crypto providers, the processing speed also depends on those third-party services.

If there's basis on the action they have done well its normal, but if they do it on purpose to delay the withdrawal of the user and as you said it will take many days to weeks then we can conclude that there's something wrong happening with that casino.

Withdrawal supposed to be instant since if they always have withdrawal delay issues meaning that casino is not good and maybe they don't have enough funding's to cover those withdrawals that's why those delay happens. More worse if the casino will just eventually turn into scam, so with this people should gamble only on proven reputable casinos.
