I have played with my dad's money and almost lost it all and I hit a win and I wanted to withdraw but it declined and verification page pops out. And then I uploaded all documents but it got rejected by its own. No clear reason was given behind rejection.I need urgent my money back please help me

Seems like you didn't understand clearly, I said I played with my dad's money {he gave me cash as I have to burrow some things but I thought I should double it first and I am old enough to play}. The problem is I had old account before but then I deleted that one few months ago. I have urge to play again but could not recover that account so I had to open new one. So issue is multiple accounts which  I don't have cause I have deleted the old one as shown in ss.

In that screenshot that you shared it looks like your old account was not deleted, but more like deactivated, and it also says that you should contact their recovery team if you want to get access to it, and if for some rason you couldn't, you could have explained that to their recovery team before creating a new one.
If you had done that, you would have saved yourself from this mess that you got into.

With that statement of yours, I doubt they will give you a chance. You could have informed them about your situation and perhaps they could come up into a compromise that will allow you to craete a new account.

You already made things complicated by yourself.
I don't think the BC game will hear any explanation once the multiple account issue is raised. I feel like this is the end of this case since BC game support already responded here. Usually the casinos do not revise such decision. This is not even a scam accusation. You just needed some clarification about why your KYC was rejected. Since you verified your account before, you should have known that the account won't be verified with this document anymore. I don't think selling an account is allowed. Now the account worth nothing.

Bc nowadays gives an option of linking already verified account to other accounts so a person can verify upto 3 accounts with same documents. It's officially allowed in bc so why this double standard now.

I don't think I can do much, given BC's officials already wrote above post. FAIK, our arrangement [and the reason why BC.Game Support remains silent on most cases despite the piling amount of complaints] was to let me reach my contacts as it'll help players bypass BC's chain of commands as I'm basically their [players] Karen more and their "I want to speak to your manager" and when they [BC.Game Support] posts something that's a final statement.

If there is a minuscule chance to get my contact to try to overturn the decision made by risk department, it will be even more so difficult to make it possible now, thanks to your statement below this post. Account selling is not allowed, and you made a written statement of the intention.

If you ask me, they should at least give back the initial deposit, but there is no guarantee that they will especially with the situation that you have with them. You could ask them if they could return the initial deposit or ask holydarkness if he could help relay your request. Just to be clear, there is no guarantee that the initial deposit will be returned if you ask them or if holydarkness helps you.

I'll get them to check your total PnL. If you're in the negative, I'll give my best to argue to them and get you your initial deposit. But if you're in the positive [your lifetime PnL says you withdraw more than you deposited, thus, in profit], there is nothing further that I can do.

Do you realize that you were driven by greed and you are a gambling addict? Otherwise, you would not think about doubling the money that was not yours. Nevertheless, since you clearly broke the ToS [having multiple account], I doubt you are going to get anything. The casino has their right to follow their terms.

Gambling were always meant for fun, for the thrill. Everyone wants more, yes, but the sound advice is to win that more and fast money with funds that you can afford to lose and know when to stop the "wants more". When you can't do any of them, then it is a sign of a problematic gambler. Which goes in line with disabling an older account and try to create a new one some days [much] later, I believe it is also a sign of problematic gambler.

Use BGC's advice and consider the possibility of your need to seek help, while I try to get more info of your total PnL.
