There is already a clear format to post an accusation. It's clear that he is not familiar with forum use and try hard to express his case. From the screenshots, op tried to withdraw 11$ in USDT as he sees that the minimum to withdraw in USDT is just 10$. But he failed to withdraw. Contacting the support, the agent told him that the withdraw was rejected because the minimum is 30€.
I don't have an account in mega[.]bet. I checked their TOS and it's only mentioned that 30€ is the minimum to withdraw in Fiat, but nothing about withdraw using crypto. Checking some casino review platforms, none of them mentioned the minimum to withdraw in any cryptocurrency.
If it is an honest casino, I think it's a glitch that shows 10$ while the system is working with a different setting.

It's a scam website that has no representation in bitcointalk. I only checked reviews in TrustPilot which are 19 in total; most of the reviews confirm it's a scam since they didn't succeed to withdraw winnings and even got their accounts blocked. Few other one liner positive reviews that were posted recently during the last few months. {1}

@OP I am sorry for your loss, you won't succeed to withdraw your money even if you reach the minimum said by support agent. Also congratulations as you didn't lose big money.

May I ask where did you find this casino? I don’t think they have any ANN thread or a representative here in the forum. I also doubt that they even care about their reputation or act professionally like any other casino who is trying to build and grow.
Allowing 10$ withdrawals then rejecting them without mentioning a clear number isn’t just very suspicious but also reckless.

Avoid playing at any similar casinos without clear rule or guidelines because that may end up bad for you, just like what happened to you now. Make sure to pick wisely next time and do your own research to check other players reviews.

Man, I feel bad for OP. It's a clear thing that the minimum amount of withdrawal should be $10 for USDT and I don't know with the others. And if they're asking you to withdraw $30 as the minimum amount, if you ever win some money, it's going to be the same and might raise the threshold. And usually if this is a scam casino, they want people to deposit more just to reach that amount and then, another requirement will be increased for the wagering.  So, it's a continuous requirement for increase every time you'll request for a withdrawal.

@OP, unfortunately you aren't going to get any help from here as the mentioned casino doesn't have any representatives here. And it appears like there is a bug in the withdrawal system of that casino. I have never seen any casinos to allow the user to withdraw less than the actual minimum withdrawal limit. They are showing wrong information on the withdrawal page. I just checked that different cryptos have different minimum withdrawal limits there, while they have mentioned this in their terms.

Whatever the issue is, it is not scam. The casino did not confiscated the funds, nor they said they won't pay the user. He just have to comply with the casino rules. Considering the mention in their Tos, I guess it's a mistake made by the dev who wrote 10$ instead of 30€, or their changed the minimum withdrawal value in the Tos without updating the system, or another possibility that they use a template not in accordance with the Tos; if the website still show 10$ then I doubt they would can (Unprofessionalism).

I would also agree with you in the point that this case alone isn't a proof enough to red tag their account (if any). However, a lot of rising red flags from users reviews in other platforms.

I don’t think so and their Payment Policy page was last updated more than a year ago. It seems they have different deposit/withdrawal limits for fiat and crypto and even for crypto payments, the limits differ from one cryptocurrency to another.
For some reason, they didn’t mention the limits for crypto payments on their Payment Policy page. To me, this is more than enough reason to avoid playing at this casino.

OP, try to explain to the customer support agent that you are trying to withdraw USDT and not fiat. Also, aoid being rude as it doesn’t help and only complicates things further.

I feel like no one reported it to devs yet, or the changes were made very recently, which is why there are differences between the withdrawal page and the terms and conditions page. The terms and conditions page already covers it. Any player who signs up for a casino support to read the terms and conditions first and accept them. So, based on that, a player has already accepted that the minimum withdrawal is 30 euros. You understand what I am trying to point out?

Yeah, this is an alternative option as well, but it could be a lengthy process. I guess the OP has already lost his funds or turned it to the minimum withdrawal amount. Otherwise, OP have to follow this process

I don’t think so and their Payment Policy page was last updated more than a year ago. It seems they have different deposit/withdrawal limits for fiat and crypto and even for crypto payments, the limits differ from one cryptocurrency to another.

This is even more worse if they ignore updating their system that wouldn't cost them 3 minutes efforts. This is can be considering misleading users which can be considered a to scam users attracted by this minimum withdraw limit. The Payment Policy page should be in accordance with the data shown in the user interface, and Payment Policy page should contain all info about minimum withdrawal for all methods, not mentioning one in fiat while ignoring other methods.

I was about to suggest the same thing, as their terms clearly state that:

The minimum withdrawal amount per transaction is € 30 (or equivalent in other currency) with the exception of an account closure in which case you may withdraw the full balance.

So, it’s obvious that according to their terms that he should be able to withdraw his entire balance if he requests an account closure.
The only issue, as mentioned above, is that these terms seems to only apply only to fiat transactions. Therefore, if he is a crypto user, he could request an account closure and still receive nothing because this exception (mentioned in their ToS) may not apply to cryptocurrency withdrawals (by the way, there is zero mention of the word "cryptocurrency" in their ToS!).

I understand that, and I do agree that they could update the website within a few minutes if they want. I would consider them one of the terrible casinos around, but misleading information is not necessarily a scam. Misleading information becomes a scam when it’s used intentionally to exploit or defraud. All scams rely on misleading information, but not all misleading information is a scam. Misleading information might be unethical, but unless it’s designed to defraud, it’s not legally a scam.

Sorry, but if the misleading information causes financial losses to customers and the service provider (Megabet Casino in this case) refuses to help the user get his money then I don’t know what else to call it but a scam.
But in this particular case, it would be better to wait for the OP until he contacts customer support again and explains to them that he is trying to withdraw crypto and not fiat. Then, based on their reply, we can tell whether it’s a scam or just a unintentional mistake.
