A virtually unknown video streaming service has started paying out to bitcoin? Is that cause for celebration?

This is certainly positive news, but very minor. It would have had a completely different impact if YouTube had been involved.
What I saw is that the video streaming giant Rumble has partnered with Tether, and their intention is to launch a wallet, and if I'm not mistaken, their intention in launching this wallet is to allow their viewers to give tips through Bitcoin and crypto.
Something in the highlighted text is wrong. Either "giant" is redundant in the context of Ramble, or it should have been YouTube instead of Ramble. Forgive my ignorance, but this is the first time I've heard of Ramble being a "giant". Maybe Ramble isn't that "giant"?
The most important thing is that they have a Bitcoin reserve, and they have 211 Bitcoins, and it seems that their rank in terms of collecting Bitcoin is now 85 (According to
Bitcoin Treasury), which means they are now in the list of top Bitcoin holders. Moreover, the decision they have made now may be positive for them, do you think?
I believe the reserve is not for distribution, but rather as a reserve - i.e. a reserve of money for emergency situations.
Your photo clearly states that "tips" are in bitcoin, meaning viewers will be able to leave tips in cryptocurrencies, meaning Ramble's reserves won't be used for this purpose.
It's also unclear whether these bitcoin \ crypto tips will be transferred to content creators as bitcoin or traditional payment methods. Or will Ramble keep this bitcoin tips received by the service (and add them to its reserves)?
