In Peru, there is a stadium at an altitude of 4,380 meters, which is the highest stadium in the world 
In Bolivia, there are several stadiums, the highest being at 4,090 meters, which has hosted official matches of the Copa Libertadores
There is also the famous stadium in La Paz, Bolivia, at 3,637 meters, which is regularly used for official matches
These matches are difficult to predict and to bet on because altitude has a major impact on away teams, who need to adapt to the thin air, both physically and in terms of the effects on the ball

Without a doubt, the weather is an external factor that greatly influences sports betting, but it also depends on the sport. In some sports, it has a greater or lesser impact, or even no impact at all (like the NBA), so I'm not sure if I'd say it's the most frustrating factor of all.

But I admit that it is important for some, such as in soccer. A very clear example is when Latin American national teams play in Bolivia. This gives the Bolivian team an advantage, regardless of their opponent, due to the altitude of the stadium and the lack of oxygen.
