All of the casinos you listed has this term included in their ToS, making any sale or rent illegal according to the rules of the casino. The forum is not where you try to make illegitimate purchases.

There is also a huge privacy and security risk for whoever sells their account. Even without KYC, after such amount of transactions there are links between the account and the personal identity of the player behind it.

You’re this is worst nightmare for someone that just sell his account for a few money. International case about money laundering especially when US or powerful country involved was so scary shit.

But most of the time, user like this  goal is an arbitrage betting to get a huge profit since their aim is betting big with small percentage of winning so having big bets will result to decent profit.

They can always launder with regular casino account by playing low house edge games or through mixer without the need of account with high limits.

You should just create your account op. I think no one is willing to sell you any account especially a KYC verified accounts as it is linked to their identity if ever you did something illegal (not that I said you are). It is very risky for the seller to do it and also as the image shown above that most platforms you said have rules about selling an account which as the image says that the account will be terminated. Even if I have an account there is that I am not willing to sell it.

This is a deal everyone should be happy to pass because of the possible risk that is found in things like this. If you purchase a verified account of an individual, the casino knows the individual whose KYC documents is in their possession. and anything that happens to the account will be the responsibility of the original owner. There is even the possibility that funds sent into such account by the buyer might be from unclean sources.

Apparently there is a way they can fake the KYC, I dunno how the were able to verify with it though. Also I checked OP telegram and is only interested with Diamond rank VIP in Stake which you need to have 25m points to get it, this might be the people who purchases accounts for solely farming VIP rewards and bonuses.

Yeah, I'm wondering why OP wants to buy an account when he/she could make one. I doubt the credibility of this person and the unknown reason(s) for doing this. And no idea what benefit he/she could get. If someone is willing to sell their account, good luck. And must prepare for the consequences of dealing with this person. Just create your own account OP and do your wagering there if this is all about increased limits. Someone who's going to allow that to anybody even not OP is putting your identity at risk. Are those casino having problem with him that he cannot register in there platform, why can't he use his own verification materials to own a legitimate casino account, what are the things involves in registeration, is not email, and minor information and who doesn't have an email or an ID card when it comes for kyc, his motive is not of a genuine intentions and besides is on the terms and conditions for casino concerning casino account selling. Even if his plans is for VPN to guide him from being noticeable by the casino is definitely not going to remain anonymous forever and when the casino find out they will flag the account.

Unless it is a resell which is someone selling the accounts of people but not his, I doubt there is anyone that will be willing to see his account knowing how risky it can be when the account gets into a wrong hand. I don't also know the possibility of hacking accounts from resel which is one way I know that people can easily sell accounts without minding the risk such as the account being used to move illicit funds.
