Are you mean the HTX exchange that you can find information about here on CoinMarketCap?

I have never heard of this HJC exchange before. You can share its link here so we can verify it. Also, if this exchange is new or if its link was sent to you by strangers on Telegram, or Discord, you should be cautious, as it could potentially be a scam, especially since I haven't couldn’t find any reviews about it through search engine.

There are also many other well-known exchanges in the market with global popularity that are regulated and licensed, so don’t rush into making your decision.

I’ve been using HJC Exchange for a while, so I can share my personal experience.

From a legality and compliance standpoint, one thing that gave me confidence early on was that HJC Exchange is registered as an MSB (Money Services Business). This isn’t just a claim on their website—you can actually look up the MSB registration publicly, which adds a layer of transparency compared to many platforms that avoid any regulatory footprint at all.

In terms of security, the platform feels pretty standard for a regulated exchange: account-level protections, withdrawal confirmations, and manual review for larger transactions. I haven’t run into any red flags like sudden freezes or unexplained balance changes.

As for the withdrawal process, here’s how it’s worked for me:

Submit the withdrawal request from your account dashboard

Complete identity and security verification (2FA / confirmation)

The request goes through a review stage

Funds are processed and sent out once approved

My withdrawals weren’t instant, but they were consistent and predictable, which I actually prefer over platforms that promise “instant” payouts but lack oversight. Processing times can vary depending on network conditions and verification level, but everything I requested eventually went through as expected.

Overall, I’d say HJC Exchange feels more compliance-oriented and conservative, not a hype-driven platform. If you value regulatory registration, traceable credentials like MSB status, and a structured withdrawal flow, it’s been a reasonable experience from my side.

Of course, like with any exchange, it still makes sense to start small and understand the process yourself—but based on my use, I haven’t seen anything that suggests it’s unsafe or illegitimate.

From what I’ve seen, HJC appears to be operating normally and some users are able to trade and withdraw. It’s not a major exchange though, so it’s safer to start with small amounts. Withdrawals are usually processed on-chain.

Honestly, I’ve used HJC a little and, so far, it seems fine. People are trading and withdrawing, and I haven’t heard of major issues. It’s definitely not as big as Binance or Coinbase, so I wouldn’t keep huge amounts there. Withdrawals are pretty standard — you request it, wait a bit, and the coins show up in your wallet. Honestly, I usually test with a small withdrawal first just to be safe. Fees and network times can vary, but that’s normal for crypto. Overall, I’d say it’s usable, just don’t go all-in right away.

A thread created with a brand new account. Three positive comments also from brand new accounts – positive, of course.
All these accounts don't have a single comment on any other topic.
For anyone with even a little of experience on Bitcointalk, this immediately raises a red flag.
I'm not familiar with this exchange, but if it uses such tricks to advertise itself, I certainly won't risk depositing anything there, or even registering my data there.

It just goes to show that the exchange is highly suspicious and should be avoided at all costs. If indeed the service was genuine, then I don't see why they would not create a decent announcement thread and call for constructive criticism and actual genuine feedback from customers that have used the exchange

These advertising and shilling tactics used by the OP and his service won't work here at all.

Just one Google search about the exchange led me to their own prepared review about their own exchange, but they made a very big mistake which could only be caused by incompetence.

How can a website registered this year have a review way back in 2024? Did those reviews come from people who used it in the future... lol?

Link to their review

Data published: 16th February 2026, which is today, but the review which they shared below also includes those from 2025 and 2024. Those scammers don't even want to put in effort to make things a bit believable.
