Coingecko has an article about this, which was updated just yesterday.
The popular ones mentioned are Bybit, Coinbase, Bitget, and even Metamask (which is actually news to me).
I've tried Crypto.com before, but they got banned here in the Philippines before I could even try their debit card.  Cheesy

You can find some on this list, Crypto Debit Cards without KYC is in the first to 3rd place.
Or visit the CryptoCardsList.com site directly for a more refined sorting and want to use the comparison feature.

Ah! My bad, didn't notice the big bold text on the thread title.  Cheesy
In that case, noorman0's answer is the place to visit then.
On that list, the top 3 (PST Ultima, SolCard, & PayWithUs) are the only ones with no KYC feature, and among those 3, SolCard seems to be the only one that has Google Pay.
It has a $0 monthly fee, but with a 2% fee for Non-USD purchases, 5% top up fee, and probably only accepts Solana (you can just convert/exchange your BTC to SOL).
The monthly limit is $10,000. Go above that, and a KYC procedure will be required.

I haven't come across a no-KYC crypto debit card in recent times. Most required KYC but were not so strict, and the fees were a bit friendly. I think when you get a no-KYC crypto debit card service, expect some high fees. So you have to choose between KYC and very high fees. I don't think there is an in-between.

I don't think that you'll ever get a crypto debit card that won't require you any kyc at all. Most of these crypto debit cards come from the centralized exchanges and when we hear about that, they're the the ones that asks for it. And that's why it's unlikely that you'll get what you're looking for but if there's one that you ever found, inform us as well because if there's one in existence we'd use that for sure if it doesn't require kyc.
