Unfortunately, after I tried using 3 different countries with VPN, the same message is still there so I wonder are you having so many restricted countries? 

If you had been able to get in, it would have been good not to play. Even casinos that are lenient on VPN usage will have an issue if you use it to bypass a restriction.

Ahh, finally the unrestricted list! So it seems like some places are still doing great despite their strict banning policy. Might as well add, why do you guys have this many countries in your restricted list? And what kind of license do you have? I think they are just afraid from the unknown but I wonder if they thought about if the unrestricted countries can bring to them enough traffic to continue run the service. In the Unrestricted countries list mentioned by someone above, I can see half of them are Gulf countries which are all rich countries but with a conservative islamic societies which consider gambling as a sin that shouldn't be practiced whatever the condition is. The authorities in those countries control everything including which websites the citizens have access too and even punish those who gamble by what is called Moral Police existed in some countries.

The only way to confirm is by asking to the support on the website but in general, using affiliate link does not always mean that an OP is not official representative from the casino. I noticed this as well, if you click the link it does not take you directly to the casino website but first to the above link you have mentioned here then after a little time it redirects you to the real casino website which shows a sign of affiliation, OP seems not to be a direct team member maybe OP likely is doing this to promote his affilaite like by bringing the casino to this platform with or without their consent. Thanks for clarifying the VPN usage. Just wondering with only 19 unrestricted countries mostly from Europe and Gulf regions, the potential traffic seems highly limited. I also noticed there are no Southeast Asian countries on the list. Even with VPN access from unrestricted locations, that's still a relatively small player base compared to other platforms. If your country is not in the unrestricted list mean, you country fall under restricted list even though it was not mentioned in the list.

By mentioning this huge list in your TOS, then announce it's a VPN friendly, I think this is a big Red Flag not to use this casino. Well, I should not criticize the designer, but seeing how professional Jayce is, I feel like some noob designers did the design. I would prefer a higher-quality design, so I always recommend Jayce over any other designer known in this forum.

As for the restricted region, it seems you are not alone here. I am having the same issues. Usually, most countries accept players from my country. But seeing they do not accept players from my country, I believe the number of restricted country is too large.
