I`ve found someone who seems trustworthy who does p2p arbitrage. He says I can start with 100$ and I have to pay him only from the profits I make.

He also said that everything is secure, I don`t lose my Bitcoin, I just transfer it from exchanges.

The profit is 1-2% per trade, and he takes 40%. But for me, this is still a lot of money. But what I need to know is whether this kind of business is real or is something scammy or a pyramid scheme.

Once the offer seems juicy then know that you’re been scammed. No body on the internet loves you to actually want you to make money. If it was legit he would be so rich not to share the profit with you.

He is probably going to do exactly what Omega stated and give you a phishing link which can infect your device or a fake exchange which you can never be able to withdraw from

If the offering service is referral links or providing liquidity for referral links, it appears legitimate.
If the service involves paying $100 and receiving 1% or 2% daily or weekly earnings, this is a scam.

You can start with 100$ to test it out, then he says you need at least 600$. He says your money is safe and you don`t have to pay anything up front. He says after you make a profit, you wire him 40% of what you`ve made, and it`s safe, you will never lose, which is in essence arbitrage.

You pay him from your profits when you make one; he only wins if you win. You make 1% per trade, and you give him 40% you can make a maximum for yourself of 0.6% up to 1.2% per trade. You don`t pay, you don`t get more trades.

There are more than 1 a day. I`ve seen similar ads that say 300% a day, even 30% a day, but this guy is more conservative.

He has a lot of video testimonials on his Telegram channel. They do suck; they do look dodgy, like an old guy reading what looks like a script, but he has a lot of them. So the conspiracy will be huge, getting close to 100 people to lie for you. From all these people who look like wanna be gangsters who can talk right, or old guys reading a script.

But he has a shit ton of them. I don`t know, maybe he has some sort of arbitrage software.

Maybe he has the 250$ version of the software, he spoon feeds us his trade, and takes 40% it can be possible. Before I started to take him seriously, I studied whether p2p crypto arbitrage is real, which is why I asked this question here. Since you guys know everything about crypto.

I`m not paying anyone for signals; I only pay them when I make a profit. The guy sets up some profitable arbitrage opportunity, and we all move at the same time.

You test with 100$ a couple of arb trades. He tells you where to buy and where to sell. Then you have to put in at least 600$ and pay him 40% of your profit, but only once you`ve made it. If you don`t make a profit, you don`t pay anything.

He says since it`s Arb trading, it`s 100% safe. But you need at least 600$ to work long-term with him. His testimonials look like those of very ordinary people, people who can`t even talk well, or old guys reading a script, but getting like 100 of them is kinda a huge conspiracy. If I were a scammer and wanted to get 10 testimonials from my friends, I wouldn`t get even one.

But I did ask the question, so your opinion is important. IF you don`t give him the money to trade it for you, and you just do what he says, do you still think it`s a scam, or is it possible to make 1-2% per trade, 2-3 trades per day, 0.6-1.2% per trade profit, so you can make maybe 2-3%a day from arb trading

I have heard that they give you a credit card with money, you take the money, keep 10% and give out the 90% left. But I don`t see how this is the same thing. The guy says 1-2% risk-free from arb trading. You don`t give me the money, you just do what I say with it. ( 1-2% per trade is realistic in the crypto world)

I have written for some more details, but I`m looking at the good and at the bad. I do agree with what is said here that I might get a phishing link and get all of my money stolen. But I asked the guy for some more info about this, meaning how do I know it`s you, give me a link, and steal the money.

I still don`t understand how it is a crime. According to the person he tells you 1. What crypto to buy and 2. from what exchange to buy it and where to sell it. You are not mixing bitcoin.

Anytime someone approaches you with a “guaranteed” way to make money where they take no risk at all, that’s already a huge red flag. Same thing if someone is trying to control how or what you do. If you want to stay on the safe side, you decide your own fate, not let someone else do it for you.

I think I have seen something like this advertised online and know that the ideology behind P2p is very real but maybe you fear that the pitch is quite untrue or just extortion and you are right because it could probably be a scam.

To stay safe during any P2p arbitrage transactions is to know that it is unwise to send your BTC to a wallet that the person you are dealing with is recommending for you. It is also to know that any return over 2% per day is really untrue and is just a scam to sweet talk you into releasing your funds willingly.
