I`ve found someone who seems trustworthy who does p2p arbitrage. He says I can start with 100$ and I have to pay him only from the profits I make.

He also said that everything is secure, I don`t lose my Bitcoin, I just transfer it from exchanges.

The profit is 1-2% per trade, and he takes 40%. But for me, this is still a lot of money. But what I need to know is whether this kind of business is real or is something scammy or a pyramid scheme.

I think that's real since arbitrage has been here the whole time but it's fishy that he's doing it for you instead of doing it for himself. You should be aware that you can do that on your own if you see some opportunities about it.

I have read through the thread and OP appears to be indirectly advertising for a service by pretending to ask a few details about it. I have never seen someone who's trying to seek for answers again try as hard as possible to convince people that the serviice is not a scam and is not asking for any upfront fees.

I did some research, and this is a Russian website. I don't know how the owner of this site manipulates even the AI and search engine so that they are a legitimate platform, but all I can say is that this site is risky and run by unknown people.

The owner actually had some SEO skills. Are you the owner of this site? Because you kept mentioning it? That's part of the SEO to rank up.

I saw this site on YouTube and someone promoting it there, and I don't exactly understand what he talks about, but it looks like he mentions it is a scanner.
It was a free tool before and then now it shows that they are asking for a subscription right now.

I can't trust a Russian website; there is not much data about this site, and no one mentions this site here. So it's still pretty risky to deal with this site if someone told you to use it and register for one of their offered plans and help you make that 1%-2% profit for every trade. That's good to be true, but for me, it's still risky to deal with. There is not so much data about this site, and how people can trust an .army extension.

Edited: Just adding this YouTube video below, and I am trying to read some comments, and some comments look like they were created by a single person, and some legit comments out there say that they tried and ended up scammed, and the one who is promoting pretends not to be involved based on what they comment.

I smell this guy is someone you don't trust too well or you probably met him in the internet because when you further the activities of this event when you finally becomes victim, blames to you'll be that you after so out of ignorance to had trusted someone in the internet.
You also need to understand that trust isn't reliable in the crypt p2p especially when you holds your fund in custodial wallets. Just take it to yourself that you may become doomed when the trust is breached. If I were you, I'll be skeptic and let it go like you actually have that we sensations of scamming.

I warned about arbitrage trading about 2 years ago, though not illegal, but that doesn't mean it can't put you in trouble with exchanges. That said, is arbitrage earning real, yes, it is, but to make money there, you must have a good amount of money. I mean at least thousands of USD, and not the $100 requested by your friend. The profit will be negligible to warrant his insistence of the money, judging by the effort he would regularly make too.

In other words, arbitrage trading itself is not a scam or pyramid scheme like Ponzi, however, by the amount requested by your friend, I don't think anything serious can come out out it. Mind you, the sincerity of your friend is another issues here. Do you trust him as a person? If not, don't allow the custody of your $100 in his hands. That's where the real risk lies.

It's like in those youtube comment where the scammer pretending to ask question and then talk to each other while subtly advertising their scam scheme.
I've seen too much of this thing that I can see through it the first few letters. 1-2% per trade consistent arbitrage opportunity like what OP mentioned only exist in fairy tale.

Arbitrage trading is close to impossible now so this is likely a scam attempt or in the worst case an attempt to launder the money. Please explain things in detail what you need to do? If he just asks you to deposit money and he will do the rest then it's obvious scam and the platform you shared here also never heard of anyone.

I don't want to let other people trading using my funds. If I am not wrong, he use our account and trade using our money which is $100 or $600. That is risky especially if he can break the boundaries but I don't know. Well, he may use our API to runs the trade but we never know what he can do.

Even if he says that the profit is high, that still risky and we don't know what will happen to our account. It is better we trades using our skills and not relying on others. Losing and profiting will be on ours.  But we can learning more to increase the chance to make a profit.

But if you still want to try, you can try it but the risks will be on yours. Don't use much money if you are not ready with the bad things.

If the offering service is referral links or providing liquidity for referral links, it appears legitimate.
If the service involves paying $100 and receiving 1% or 2% daily or weekly earnings, this is a scam.

Purely scam, promising daily or weekly profitable around 1% or 2% absolutely scheme as ponzy system although at the early the withdrawing running well but few weeks later that site become scam. I don't know why many people easily accepting any offering from some one investing around $100 and earn daily or weekly profit during 1% to 2%, its scheme way of ponzy and keep away if won't loss much due that kinds investment if return daily day 1% need hundred days later to get capital back.

Usually that kinds of investment way just running few weeks only and you can't get back your capital, so leave that kinds investment offering because all your capital loss without earn get returning profitable.

The site you are asking about offers services that all seem dangerous: 2fa codes in one place, sms forwarding, escrow. What the hell, I didn't even bother writing a temporary email to their sign up page.

OK, so on the site p2p army is there without a link. Since is big on organic GOOGLE  I usually find it trustworthy, or Google will take it down. There is this guy who is promoting on Instagram and on Facebook. Making 1-2% even 3-5% per trade. He says that he uses about 8 reputable exchanges, Binance, ByBit, and about 7-8 others. I didn`t ask him to write me all of them because of the big posts that replied in my thread, saying it is a scam.

I`m not promoting him I never said his name I just google p2p arbitrage and that site appeared number 1 In the searches. So there is 1 guy from facebook and a google search for p2p army.

 I`m not promoting anyone but he says 100% risk free ( since it`s arbitrage I tend to believe him) what he also said that we just transport money from 1 exchange to another I don`t know to much if you turn BTC into USDT or something like that.

What he said in the telegram chat was what I said above 1-2% profit 3-5%(the second time) he said that these are averages he says you don`t send him the BTC you just put it in what exchange he says and you make small profits.

Regarding why I believe him. I`m poor, that guy probably isn't or not anymore, but let me explain to you why I believe him. Someone gave me a an ebook about horse racing. It used to make 20-30% a month every month. I believe that. Why, because I made a small change I found by mistake, now yields 5% from March to December. Once you get on it (but I don`t have money I`ve place the bets on paper) I also wanted to find people to invest with me. I was unsuccessful, but he may come from humble origins, have found something, and might give you part of his information to earn more money.

I don`t know if exchanges ban you like bookies if you use arbing, but I wanted to tell you my story about the ebook since you keep saying that I`m defending this random guy from Facebook and Instagram Ads.

IN my country, taxes on gambling are over 40% for gains over 12.000$ and around 20-30% for gains between 1000-12.000$.

I don`t know what else I can tell you to believe me that I`m not promoting someone secretly.

Ok, so you start with a 100$ test the strategy, then put in 600$ and give 20% of your winnings. I said 40% before, but I was mistaken. I`ve re-read my messages over Telegram with the guy, and it indeed said 20% not 40%. So start with 100$, understand what you do, if you can call it that, then you have it. If you want to continue, put in 600$ at least.
