Yes. Ban it. Government officials might have access to what is happening in other politics. If not, then their own politics. I think they should also add to the memorandum that their relatives, family members, and close friends will also be banned from it. Why? They can just tell them to bet for them, and they could get half of the winning money because it is still a 90 - 100 percent chance win. I mean, they are not even afraid it will lose, so it's best if they don't have any chance to bet at all.
I think every government should do it. They are in the government to serve the people, not to gamble or make predictions about politics.
