 My bc game kyc got maximum attempt and got banned until 2099

my UID:10468564

The system has detected that you are in a prohibited gambling period.
Please place bets after 30/12/2099 16:00:00 GMT.

what im doing is the last attempt need to attached proof of address document and ID
i uploaded ID then after i submit it. i got notified i got restricted supposed to be ill sending next the
Proof of address my Bank Statement. now maybe this is a system error can you please someone help me.

BC Game Always giving a code to me in my email like i need to reach x15 wagered game
they give me  like $134.92 to play it then i reach the required wager $3372.93
after that they require me to verify my account since my account got verified the 1st stage verification
then they require me to verify my account using proof of address and 1 ID so i comply after that they give me 1 last attempt of verification
then after i submit it boom i got restriction i have remaining balance but i cant withdraw it since i got restriction idk whats going on i love my account
i use it for almost 4 years now. now i cant play it got banned for until 2099 support cant help i contact them already

Looks like a soft-ban from your description, if I may freely voicing my guess. Let me try to get the story from BC's side on why they ban your account and if there is a chance to get it unlocked if the violation is not that severe.

Have you opened his re-KYC restriction? Because that's the core of his issue, not just the ban to 2099. He was undergoing KYC and failed multiple attempt and got banned for the result. If you just lift the ban and require him to perform KYC without lifting the re-KYC restriction itself, we're running in circles.

Also, might worth to inform him [by PM if it need to be private] why his documents got rejected last time, so he can fix the issue with said doc and get a better --more correct and matching your requirements-- for his re-KYC.

I got your PM and uhhh... do you happen to send the same to bctokenbot? Because PMing me with that at this point is kinda useless as BC choose to solve things internally, so your only way-in to the reopening of KYC is bctokenbot, and the only way for them to work on reopening you for re-KYC is if they know. It might take them a while to revisit this thread, so it might be wise to send that PM to them too.
