[SCAM] Deephash.com – Funds locked unless additional contracts are purchased

I am posting this as a factual account to warn others and document my experience.

Summary

Deephash allowed me to purchase a mining contract that did not meet its own stated minimum purchase requirements. After the purchase, my funds and contracts were frozen. I followed explicit customer support instructions to deposit additional funds to resolve the issue. That did not resolve it. Deephash then demanded that I deposit substantially more money to “resynchronize” or “unlock” my existing contracts. Refund requests were refused.

Timeline (abbreviated)

1 - I purchased one unit of the “Iceland-2 – Reykjavik Geothermal Farm” contract.
2 - The platform later stated that this contract requires a minimum purchase of four units, yet the system still allowed the purchase to proceed.
3 - My account showed four contracts created and an “arrears” / suspended status.
4 - Customer support instructed me to deposit additional funds and assured me this would restore the contracts.
5 - I deposited the requested funds in good faith.
6 - The contracts were not restored.
7 - Deephash then stated that the only solution was for me to repurchase four additional contracts (approximately $1,800+ more) to trigger a system “data synchronization.”
8 - Deephash refused to cancel the contracts or refund my funds.

Key statements from Deephash (paraphrased from emails and chat)
- The system allows orders to be created even if the balance is insufficient.
- Paying the outstanding balance would restore the order.
- After payment failed to resolve the issue, I was told the system failed to synchronize.
- The only way to fix this was to purchase four more contracts.
- Contracts cannot be canceled or refunded once created.

Later, Deephash offered to “assist” by covering 20% of the additional required payment, but still required me to deposit the remaining amount to release my existing funds.

Why I believe this is a scam pattern
- A system should not allow an invalid order and then lock funds.
- Support instructions were followed exactly and did not resolve the issue.
- The explanation changed multiple times (minimum order → synchronization → protection mode → dual recognition mechanism).
- Release of existing funds was repeatedly conditioned on sending more money.

I declined to deposit further funds.

Evidence

I have preserved:
- Full chat logs
- Email correspondence
- Transaction IDs
- Dates, amounts, and wallet addresses

I am filing regulatory complaints and posting this to warn others.

Conclusion

I am not accusing anyone beyond the documented facts above. Readers can draw their own conclusions. I strongly recommend caution with Deephash and advise others not to send additional funds to unlock existing balances.

I have had a lot of horrible stories involving clound mining there have been alot of scam accusations against most of the cloud mining host's, you are not far from your conclusions, I their are asking for additional deposits after you jave met with all the previous demands is indeed a red flag and a potential scam.

There is already multiple complaints from users about withdrawal blocked and fund locking, you are probably another victim.

Good that you brought this up here, to further emphasize on the risk of engaging with cloud mining hosts with shady operational pattrn.

Aside from the fact that the concept of cloud mining has proven to be a concept of pure scam for several reasons that are not relevant for discussion here, there are other confirmations that they succeeded in scamming you as you made the first deposit (1800$ or about), then succeeded in convincing you to make more deposits with different arguments since you felt involved with this plan after you had already send them your money and just want your money back.

For all who read this, It is a confirmed scam if a website or any online service asks you to deposit money just to solve a case or a dispute, even if they ask for a very tiny amount. Also, run away with your savings whenever you hear about cloud mining.

I don't understand what would make someone not do their own research and verify the reputation of any entity they intend to invest in before depositing their money. What happened to OP was largely expected; cloud mining today in the vast majority of cases, has become a scam. We have seen many platforms whose teams exploited the term “cloud mining” to defraud their customers.

I believe that if OP had taken some time to look up reviews about Deephash, as you did, he would have come across reviews and articles that would have served as clear warning signs and stopped him from continuing to deposit his money with them.

In any case, I advise OP not to deposit any more funds as he will lose everything and will not be able to withdraw even a single dollar. I also advise him not to pursue so-called fund recovery services, as they are scammers as well.

You are right on this. This kind of complaint is for newbies seeking to make residual income and find cloud mining fulfilling their needs, not for someone who understands mining, including cloud mining.
I have checked the BPIP logs, and I don't think there's a change of ownership. We have so many cloud-mining topics, and most of them are scams. It's strange that he missed getting an update on this.
