Bc game scam, INR deposit not credited

Hi, I have made below deposit to my bc game account uid : 71860830. for both the transaction amount has been debited from my account but not credited to my bc game wallet.

1st transaction: Rs 10,000 on 22-11-2025. Bc game order id : F-1849465305552416759. upi ref : 532662809703.

2nd transaction Rs 5,000 on 26-12-2025. Bc game order id : F-1852512381287101281, upi ref : 536009054731

I have created ticket for both the above transaction and applied for manual credit as well. However the status of ticket is showing failed. I have uploaded all required documents.

Possibly, there must be some errors somewhere; maybe you could get in touch with their representative here BC.GAME as he can help speed up the process for your case to be resolved. It is quite unfortunate, though, but I believe you are on the right platform to handle your situation, and it will be resolved amicably.

You should have blurred your name on your uploaded evidence to protect your identity, but if you are okay with showing your name, it is fine, though but advisable to blur your name as this can likely cause you inconvenience.

Can you help me get this post to get attention of holydarkness (since I am newbie over here. I am unable to find a way to tag him in the post) i believe he has resources and connection to resolve the issue. I have not seen BC.GAME representative reply to any post related to deposit issue.

holydarkness is here, got your PM and all, writing your details on his trusted notebook, and most definitely got your attention. Just haven't replied yet as I am handling other matters. Yours will be the beginning of batch #4.

In the meantime, I'll advise you to remove all of the image you shared [I can't access them anyway, since they're hosted by IBB and IBB hates me], do the very thoughtful advise by Ronsbit above, and reupload to talkimg.

All I need is the screenshots of ticket from BC. All side of it [it's a rather long ticket that people tend to be tempted to crop only to what they think crucial].

You don't have to delete your post; what you will have to do is just edit the post and put in the new upload that you have blurred your name, preventing it from showing.

Click on your profile

Click on the " Show Post "

Click on the thread or post title you have created, or under your profile, click on Show the last topics started by this person.

Click on edit. Then you can edit your post and put in the pictures you have uploaded.

After you have edited it, click on save, and your work is done.

My apology [actually, it feels amazing and like tons of heavy burden has been lifted from my shoulders] but as per today [yes, the decision grows rapidly, maybe they've talked about it internally behind the screen and only reached and informed me once it's final] I can no longer help any BC related cases. Please bring this directly to BC's official. They say they'll start handling things themselves.

Hey man, i came here after almost trying everything raising ticket, sending mails on their support id, have sent msg on telegram on their support channel. I was going through web to search for solution. That's how I came to know about this forum and you. Have seen post where you have resolved such issues. You are my only hope. Can you help me connect with the bc officials. Or get them to revert on my post. If you can do that It will be a great help.
