I have scrypt cloud mining about 1.1mh/s of it and worth about 1.5 BTC on scrypt.cc, will that work? you can always sell the mh/s and get btc for it if I don't pay back (I will pay back though for sure) as I need that cloud mining

Borrowing to pay over due loans isn't a good idea nor does it inspire confidence you will repay. If you couldn't afford the already late loans, how will you repay the new one, especially at that rate? Perhaps you should wait until you have funds on hand.
