The world power is starting to shift and divide into clusters on their own brand bases to balance the power in the world because I quite believe that everyone should respect each other, it is with stable power, if only 1 center of power we can see how they intimidate other ethnicities.
 
China is becoming a global power candidate that comes to the surface after a long time no one paid attention to it, they are growing well from the population and economy continues to rise and become a big threat to the US of course therefore the cold war of interests will never be extinguished.

China may be rising to power, but it's still lacking behind the US and other leading superpowers. Right now, China is suffering from contracted economic activity due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and now the closure of the Strait of Hormuz. China cannot produce oil, rather it depends on others to obtain oil (imports). While mass adoption of EVs in the country has eliminated reliance on oil as fuel, it still needs oil for the production of plastics and other cosmetics.

I don't think China alone will take over the world in the future. Rather, it will be a collective effort of China and Russia, becoming the world's leading superpowers. This will take decades to materialize. Nothing to worry about in the time-being.

In some sectors, China can compete-that’s a fact. BUT on a global scale, China not only fails to compete but actually depends on the West, including the U.S. The reason is simple: technology and markets where it can sell high-value-added goods.
But China has no problems with oil-its raw materials appendage, Russia, sells oil in the necessary quantities at the price China dictates.
 China also isn’t making any decisions about "Power of Siberia 2" and isn’t giving the Kremlin a single yuan, because the condition is simple: "You build the gas pipeline yourselves and sell us gas at the domestic price in Russia. If you don’t want to, come and ask for more, but you know the answer"!
 

It's always interesting discussing with you guys about all this, many points of view that make my understanding increase.
Yes we can see how China's economic development is slowly advancing so that it can become a country that has the power to compete with the US, despite the problems it faces, but honestly they are quite great to be in the position now.
And indeed we should not close our eyes that America is the main market for China to sell its goods.

China ability to dominate the world is undoubtedly due to its strong independence, independent of Western countries. Furthermore, China large population allows it to survive and thrive with its domestic market. Furthermore, its social system is relatively unproblematic and its focus is on education. This is what makes China a powerful nation economically and now militarily as well.

Why is China considered to be so self sufficient, independent of the West or even the US? This can be seen when Trump visited China with 17 CEOs to offer cooperation, but Xi Jinping rejected them. For example, Elon Musk offered Tesla expansion but was rejected because he already owned BYD. Jensen Huang offer to expand into AI chips was rejected because he already owned Huawei and many more. In essence of the 17 CEOs who made such offers to China only Kelly Ortberg purchase of Boeing aircraft reached a deal. Therefore, we can conclude that China is the most self sufficient and number one country in the world. This is what makes China a competitor to the US in every aspect.

We can call it whatever we want-dependence, a symbiotic relationship, a partnership... But the reality is this:
- technological dependence-remains. Yes, China produces a lot of goods, but this production is based not on Chinese but specifically on Western technologies. Yes, China is one of the technological leaders, but it still lags behind Western technologies. From whom else can China obtain technology? Russia, North Korea, its BRICS partners? No... there is no technology there. By the way, this is precisely why the U.S. has enacted legislation that sharply restricts Chinese access to higher education institutions, research institutes, and similar establishments. China has been acquiring knowledge specifically from the West.

What about India? Some companies are considering moving production there. Costs can be as cheap as in China. But the best part is, India is an ally of the US and not a communist regime. It makes sense to reduce dependency on China as much as possible.

Either way, it may be already too late to minimize China's influence in the globe. The US and EU should learn how to deal with this situation. Not try to "beat it". As it's said in the real world, "if you can't beam 'em, join 'em". Ultimately, cooperation between countries is what will lead us to global prosperity. Not the other way around. Just my two sats.

This is true and we cannot deny it, but it is only half the truth. The US is China's main export market, while China is also the largest supplier of goods to the US. Both sides depend on each other, and it would be extremely difficult for either of them to break free from this interdependent relationship. Not just a few, but many companies have considered moving their manufacturing operations to India or other Asian countries to reduce their reliance on China. But the problem is that relocating production lines requires enormous costs and time, and there is no guarantee that India will do better than China in this role. That would be a risky move, and no company would dare to bet on it.

China has spent decades and made many sacrifices to build its current position. Therefore, replacing their roles is not something that can be done easily just because the United States wants it to.

Although they have made efforts to reduce their dependence on the US market since the trade war 1.0 broke out. But the reality is that the US remains their largest and most important export market. Therefore, China would also suffer significant losses if this relationship broke down, not just the US.

Furthermore, this would lead to even more unpredictable consequences and impacts on their economic development. Because, despite being a global exporter of rare earth, they lack semiconductor chip manufacturing technology and remain dependent on the US. That is also a paradox and a weakness that they have yet to overcome. 

So, completely severing ties with the US would also be a major blow to China.
They need each other because neither can be fully self sufficient in everything.
