Huh, I am very surprised to see Croatia on the restricted list, and even more to see Slovenia on the list as well since both countries are in EU (another 2 EU countries on the list are Romania and Bulgaria) and generally have decent crypto regulations.
I wonder what exactly cause this stance.
Considering that all other ex-yu countries are on the list, maybe someone thinks that Yugoslavia still exists

The reason is something else, supposedly these EU countries and some others are on the banned list because they used to be on this
list, so even though they are no longer there (except for Bulgaria and Monaco) it seems like it takes time for someone to do their job and refresh the list.
