I still don't see a clear warning that you are not responsible for wrongly sent coins. It should be somewhere in the order process, next to the deposit address. (Ignore if it is in the process of realization)

If you send less than what we quoted, no worries - the exchange will still go through. Unless you send way less than the minimum, then it'll auto-fail and refund to your address (if you gave us one), or we'll ask you for a refund address right there on the order page.

I see that you have improved this point of your rules regarding minimum exchange. Previously, when I sent the minimum amount for the exchange, the exchange was not carried out, and the amount was automatically returned to the sender's address (ID: C5F8D7DC). Today I retested b1exch, using the minimum amount for this, and this time the exchange was successfully carried out (ID: 636E3822).

This is not necessary when the navigation bar has a link to ANN, and replacing "Clearweb Two" makes the navigation bar single-line and pleasant to look at.

I agree that the information regarding the potential network change should be clearer on the membership cards. This can indeed create confusion. I'm not saying they should prevent people from doing it, but they should give clearer warnings.

But since I don't use those cryptocurrencies, I can't say for sure. Right now, I have this idea based on my limited experience with cryptocurrencies other than BTC.

That's the most generous step by b1exch team and I truly appreciate that. Although, it was purely user's own mistake but still b1exch compensated the user and that act really deserves respect. Hopefully, others will learn form the mistake of that user and when doing any type of exchanges they should select proper coin and proper network themselves.

Got the deposit address, deposited normally and even got the 'deposit received, funds detected on the blockchain' message.
There was no block for like 30 mins or so and in the meantime the message changed to 'underpaid', showing that I paid an amount way lower than what I did and asking for another deposit. Naturally, I did not deposit again.

Now the message says 'Rate expired', and when I refreshed it simply restarted the swap from step 1, asking me for another deposit.

Basically, my BTC is gone and my ETH hasn't arrived. Can somebody take a look?

FYI, by sharing your order id publicly, anyone can look up your from and to addresses, amount sent, etc... It would probably be better to edit your post and send them a PM.

I took a look myself and it says the order was completed, but looking at your address on etherscan, there is no ETH received recently. Probably an issue on their end.

When I was able to exchange using b1ack, I've waited for 24 hours and it didn't happen. I did the ETH to BTC conversion and tried it.
But what I like about it is the instant refund when I've input my refund address.

It's the opposite on me ETH - BTC. ETH was confirmed but BTC didn't come and when the order expired and I've refunded to my ETH address, it came instantly refunded. Maybe there's a problem with the eth/btc pair that they're experiencing.

I'm pretty sure the problem was that you specified a transaction fee of 1.50 sat/vB

Nope, it was over 5, can share TXID if it's of any relevance. There was no block for like 30 mins or so though.

I confirm that ETH arrived, I instantly did a reverse swap (back to BTC) and that one was completed quickly and without issues.

Both transactions with delay are tied to the Ethereum network. Did you check and see if it is possible that at the time of order creation, Eth chain is halted?
