Nope, it was over 5, can share TXID if it's of any relevance. There was no block for like 30 mins or so though.

I confirm that ETH arrived, I instantly did a reverse swap (back to BTC) and that one was completed quickly and without issues.
I believe that might happened due to absence of a block for such long duration but what @examplens said about Ethereum chain halt might be another reason why it took so long time for completion of the swap. At least, the ETH arrived, and it's good to hear that reverse swapping didn't take much time and was done quickly. I believe the issue might not be b1exch's end but it most likely happened due to Bitcoin block delay or Ethereum blockchain halting.

I do think there was another issue here as well. Let me explain further:

This is the 1st screenshot, showing that the deposit was received - even though the block hasn't been mined yet.

Shortly after, still without a block, it was changed to this:

I have no idea where the amount came from, and as you can see the total amount in the same ID transaction was changed from 3 mBTC to 0.3 mBTC (site minimum), asking me to deposit the difference up to a new amount (lower) and not the originally requested one.

I think the case needs further investigation by the team but then again - both my swaps ended successfully. It was just a bit confusing.
