Be very careful to visit the real exchange, I saw someone post an onion forum they were scammed for 650 monero.

Here we go , another FUD.
Please share the PGP letter of Garant
Please share the proofs and swap id.
About the refund option, we understand the hesitation. If you choose to cancel, you will be asked to enter your refund address before anything is sent. If you already provided one when creating the swap it will be prefilled. Either way nothing gets sent without you confirming where. We are updating the interface to make this clearer so there is no confusion going forward.
Thanks for the honest review.
I understand the situation after you described it, but for a new user who isn't familiar with your announcement or this post, it's normal for them to be confused by cancelling and refunding. It's good you have an option for a refund, but it's on the next step, and that's the reason why AakZaki was confused and continued the exchange with extra exchange rates.
What I realised from both of your posts is that currently there is not an option at the first page to input the refund address. But normally receiving addresses and refund address input options should be there together. Let's say someone proceeds to exchange and then something goes wrong; then you will face issues for refunding the funds. Because refunding the sender address would lead to a loss if the funds were sent from the exchange. Hope you will solve it and update the exchange page with a refund address input option.
Please read the FAQ.
The feature you are asking about is already present.
We had refund addresses from the start.
New updated domains are working fine so far.
Someone is really hatting b1exch exchange when they are constantly under attack, they must hate what they are doing, probably because of no-kyc and no-aml rules

I don't care so much about clearnet domains being changed or not working, since I use mostly onion website whenever I can.
We will soon ditch cloudflare as well.
We are working on something.
Hi AakZaki,
Thanks for the detailed feedback.
The popup you saw during the EXCHANGE step is a protection feature. When the market rate shifts between the time you start the swap and when it actually executes, the system warns you and lets you choose to continue or cancel. Different assets behave differently here. LTC markets tend to be thinner than BTC, so the same dollar amount can result in higher processing fees on an LTC swap compared to a BTC one.
-snip-
I say this is unfair because from the deposit process to the EXCHANGE process on the platform already lists the rates and coins that I will receive.
I am a trader who can trade on Exchanges or Swaps like this, even I understand that the coin I choose will go up which is why I buy. When the coin actually went up your platform as if it didn't accept the reality, that what I should have gotten was the initial amount stated during the deposit process and during the EXCHANGE process.
In fact, what I got changed when the process was completed. In fact, I always check your liquidity when I want to start a swap. When your liquidity is insufficient, I will not swap that liquidity, because I know that slippage will definitely increase.
Overall your platform is running as it should, but the constraints like the one I experienced make it uncomfortable.
The swap processed with your confirmation.
You should take some time to read the FAQ.
You can provide both the destination and refund address at the same page.
We can't do anything except we pay you back your whole fees just to make you happy.
We don't operate like traditional CEXs , they use a large liquidity pool , We don't have that option.
Rates are updated every 10 minutes , if you coins are confirmed within the rate you can process the swap or request refund later.
Even if the rates go high , after 10 minutes , it will automatically update , so there's no one side manipulation from us.
