About the refund option, we understand the hesitation. If you choose to cancel, you will be asked to enter your refund address before anything is sent. If you already provided one when creating the swap it will be prefilled. Either way nothing gets sent without you confirming where. We are updating the interface to make this clearer so there is no confusion going forward.

I already said earlier that it would be desirable for the user to have information somewhere about exactly how many coins he will receive in the swap he has chosen, but that it should be before he creates the order.
There will be no similar confusion, plus the interface you plan to upgrade, it will be clear even to beginners.

We already show the estimated output amount before the user confirms, so they can see how much they'll receive based on current rates. But we can't guarantee a fixed amount because the rate can shift between when they confirm and when their deposit actually arrives on chain, which can take minutes to hours depending on the network and fee. That's why we have rate protection. If the rate moves beyond their chosen threshold, they're asked to accept the new rate or get a refund. This is standard across all non custodial exchanges.

The popup you saw during the EXCHANGE step is a protection feature. When the market rate shifts between the time you start the swap and when it actually executes, the system warns you and lets you choose to continue or cancel. Different assets behave differently here. LTC markets tend to be thinner than BTC, so the same dollar amount can result in higher processing fees on an LTC swap compared to a BTC one.

I say this is unfair because from the deposit process to the EXCHANGE process on the platform already lists the rates and coins that I will receive.

I am a trader who can trade on Exchanges or Swaps like this, even I understand that the coin I choose will go up which is why I buy. When the coin actually went up your platform as if it didn't accept the reality, that what I should have gotten was the initial amount stated during the deposit process and during the EXCHANGE process.

In fact, what I got changed when the process was completed. In fact, I always check your liquidity when I want to start a swap. When your liquidity is insufficient, I will not swap that liquidity, because I know that slippage will definitely increase.

Overall your platform is running as it should, but the constraints like the one I experienced make it uncomfortable.

I understand the frustration. But this is how non custodial swaps work. There is no order book holding your position. Your deposit has to travel across the blockchain and get confirmed before the swap can execute. That takes real time, and the market does not pause while that happens. If LTC went up during that window, the rate you receive reflects the rate at the moment of execution, not the moment of deposit. That is not the platform rejecting reality, that is the platform reflecting it. The initial estimate is exactly that, an estimate based on the rate at that moment. We show it so you know roughly what to expect, but the final amount is determined when the swap actually executes. This is standard across the industry for any swap service that operates without custody. The protection popup you saw is actually there to help you. Most platforms just silently execute at whatever the new rate is. We give you the choice to accept or walk away with a refund. For your next swap, if you want tighter control, set the protection threshold lower so you get notified on smaller movements. I can confirm this works very well. I always put it to the minimum (0.5%) and never faced any significant difference in quoted vs realized price.

I also use the Polygon network more often, but it is indeed not available yet. I have tried swapping USDT from the ERC network to BTC. The time is quite short. Although compared to the fees, it might be cheaper with the Polygon network. It would be more interesting if there were more network options, and maybe also adding asset choices like SOL.

.cx or .ch domain extension will sounds good to the exchange knowing instant exchanges uses this too aside from the common .com and .io while .to is unique for an exchange. Maybe privacy focused extension should be consider too.

This is a question for Njalla, known as the no-KYC beast, the endgame choice domain registrar. Obviously, they are not.
In reality, they are not domain registrars at all, but just proxies. They regularly register domains in their name with providers and pass control over them to their users. The registry lists Njalla as the owner of all domains they hold.
It is possible that they received some negative signal from their registry for b1exch domains, so they suspended them as a precaution.

That's right but matic is not doing so go right now especially with its price I know you are only talking about the network fee which is lower than the tron and I have also used matic when it comes to the transaction fee especially when I was joining airdrops and have to raise some volumne on a new swap or wallet I always used matic because of their fee.

It is always time taking to find an available slot because here on BTT participants are more and active so they take slots quickly but on the other forum we can get slots even after some time because of the smaller number of participants. Maybe I don't know the exact reason, though but again it is time-consuming and I usually miss the chance at the end.
