After Bitcoin (BTC) went live, I exchanged some of the bitcoin i had and this is my third time using an exchange. The (BTC to XRM) exchange was completed very fast, but even after it was marked complete, the time it took for the (XRM) to arrive in my address was longer compared to when I convert to (USDT), which usually reflects in my wallet much quicker.

Additional Change: No Slippage Fees
We've eliminated slippage fees entirely. You no longer need to pay extra processing fees.
This is the biggest change IMO. I noticed on my latest swaps that everything is way cheaper now. Previously I once had to pay $8 in processing + network fees for a big swap. That would be zero now, with a plain 1% which is consistent across all swaps. Great job

Maybe you are missing that xmr transactions require 6 network confirmations. That's the reason it reflected late in your wallet. I suggest use feather wallet for xmr.

Quick question - I hope I didn't miss this. When will other pairs (especially those involving BTC) be back online? I was just about to document a test but unfortunately couldn't get it to work - I'd like to change some satoshi. I also wanted to exchange some BTC with Litecoin as well but bummer! As someone mentioned earlier, there isn't any balance/liquidity available at the moment. I would also appreciate if there's an estimate on when other coins (especially BTC-LTC) will be back. (Liquidity link mentioned earlier: https://b1exch.to/Liquidity). Most coins say "Coming soon", while others, such as BTC or ETH simply say "Unavailable", does that mean that these pairs won't be back in the near future? Looking forward for an update. Yeah, here we go again. So let's get started

@Peanutswar, your fingers are very fast. Your link leads to a contest thread that has already ended. ➥ Post Bitcoin price prediction for Mar 31st (once submitted, you cannot edit your post). ➥ Thread will be closed on Mar 31, 2026, 23:59 UTC ➥ The winner will be determined based on the Bitcoin price at 23:59 UTC, Mar 31(CMC). 🕐
It's a bit unclear what the deadline is for the leaving prediction. It cannot be at the same time that the price of Bitcoin is predicted.

~snip~ But the case you're talking about with exchanges, like Binance, is actually a fake instant. It's not in your physical wallet, meaning it's not in your "cold wallet" - for example. The money is on a platform; you just have to change a number in a line of the database. The limit you see on an exchange is just a number; it doesn't involve the movement of funds between platforms, blockchains, or anything of that nature. Now, how long does it take you to send your balance from the exchange to your own wallet? It might take longer than a swap on b1exch. That's what I actually want to mean. I just use examples of coffee to explain that 'instant' doesn't mean to complete something within microseconds. I know Binance just swaps through internal algorithms, and that's the reason it's possible to swap in seconds. If you talk about your own wallet or non-custodial wallet, then it's impossible to avoid blockchain confirmation times, although the platform releases the funds; it doesn't matter what the platform or exchange is. Delay time depends on the blockchain you have been using. However, for an instant slogan, we have to understand this isn't microseconds. It's all about not having much delay from the platform ends.

Wow that quite impressive and amazing, I bet you are enjoying the features the exchange gives and seems like you are not facing any issues or inconvenience like some other exchanges. The process is absolutely stress free and easy to understand even for new user. So you face little delay from your transaction you made today that absolutely part of the process and I’m not really shocked though because as we all know different pairs with different confirmations so I guess (XRM) confirmations takes longer that bitcoin so maybe it just the reason you faced the delay though. But hope you did received your token after all mate because I know it would definitely come through.

I did a small BTC > LTC swap to test the service for the first time. Overall I would say my experience was very positive, and I really like the straightforward process. I immediately received the LTC in my wallet after my BTC deposit got confirmed. The entire swap was completed in around 5 minutes and the fees were also pretty low. I'll be trying out more pairs later on.

That's the reason it reflected late in your wallet.
No problem at all, the delay happened because the confirmations took a little more time to complete. Even though it was a bit slow, everything still went through smoothly and actually enjoyed the moment while waiting for the confirmations to be fully completed. I suggest use feather wallet for xmr.
Thank you for the advice and next time i will try it. But hope you did received your token after all mate because I know it would definitely come through.
Each token has its own confirmation process, so it's normal for confirmations to take some time and there is no issue with that. I actually enjoyed the waiting period during the confirmations and in the end, I received my exchanged (XRM) smoothly. It was a new experience for me exchanging (XRM) and enjoyed it.

Is this happening only to me? I tried to swap BTC for SOL, and immediately after selecting SOL, this message appears: Unfortunately, this keeps happening across different browsers (though I don't think it's a browser-specific issue). When swapping to other coins, such as XMR, I don’t get this message and I can also retrieve a quote. Has anyone else experienced similar issues? Or are there any known issues with swapping to SOL here, @b1ack?

This has happened to me multiple times, also when selecting SOL. Both for the clearnet and TOR act like that. There must be something more behind the scenes that we aren't seeing. I'm not sure if I read somewhere it already but it's better to get the answer from b1ack.

Or are there any known issues with swapping to SOL here, @b1ack? The issue wasn't with the swap pair itself - it was Tor circuit performance degradation. Requests were becoming extremely slow due to circuit issues. We've implemented a failback latency check that should resolve this. Please try now and let me know if you still experience issues. Is this happening only to me?

I'm not sure if I read somewhere it already but it's better to get the answer from b1ack. Tor should work fine without this issue. These types of issues should only occur on clearnet. If you're experiencing it on Tor as well, the most likely cause is heavy DDoS affecting the network. I'll investigate in depth to identify the exact issue. These are just my initial assumptions - I need to dig deeper to confirm.

Yesterday I had the same issue when I chose LTC -> SOL. Now I cannot even choose SOL as a receiving asset. I try to click on it, but nothing happens. When I tried this for the first time a couple of minutes ago, I saw three green horizontal dots for a few seconds. After that, the screen looks like this, and no changes appear when I try to click SOL.

Thank you very much for the quick response! I can confirm that the swap went through successfully shortly thereafter. This time, the swap was also incredibly fast, even though I used Bitcoin as the deposit method The 1% fee is also more than fair and absolutely justified given how fast the whole process was. If I had done the swap through a traditional CEX like Kraken, the whole thing would probably have taken hours and cost me significantly more in fees.

Just refresh the page, and the pair should be available!

I can select SOL just fine. Actually, I've tried all available pairs and everything seems to be working.
