My blood pressure is 180/190 is it good to play gamble in this situation?

Just think about it, a guy risk his health for 60 bucks. Only 60 bucks. How low that person value his life. Majority here earn that amount weekly by posting. I cant visualize situation when I would be in such a desperate need to gamble, that I would have to risk with my health. I am curious what was that person thinking, if he hadnt yet started gambling and his blood pressure is already high, what would happen to him if he loses and loses it in an offensive way.

First of all, 180/190, such a blood pressure doesn't exist. Only a systolic pressure can reach 180-190 range and in this case, I assume you only focus on systolic pressure, not on diastolic. Secondly, systolic pressure of 180 is so high that it's in a very dangerous zone. If someone carries this blood pressure, they are guaranteed to have intracerebral hemorrhage in the next weeks/months or couple of years.
If person with such a high systolic pressure starts gambling or any other activity that raises blood pressure further, then they reach to an extremely dangerous zone where stroke can happen at any time. If someone has such a bad BP, they should focus on blood pressure lowering medications and not on gambling. It's extremely stupid to ask whether it's a good idea to gamble with such a high pressure or not.

It needs to be measured with a device that records it every 15 minutes, reaching an overall average of the values in order to make a proper diagnosis. For example, if I measure it only once a day and at that exact moment it shows an altered value, it does not mean that I am hypertensive, since blood pressure is volatile and changes all the time depending on factors such as stress or body movement.

It would be a good idea for you to see a cardiologist, request this exam and then go play, because only then will you have real data about your blood pressure.

That's dangerously high mate, what you should do is seek medical attention instead of being worried about gambling...high blood pressure can cause damage to your organs so if you can go to nearby hospital to go and run a test to know the way your problem should be handled  you don't need anything that would stress you out again you need to be in the hospital take medications

Some people are very nonchalant with their health and I wonder how they do that, for someone that is having a serious health issue to be thinking of how to continue gambling, it means that they don't even take their life as serious as others do for them. Seems like as person care about them more than they care for themselves. If he cared about himself, he would want to keep himself healthy first before going on with gambling.

Health is wealth and one needs to be healthy to chase wealth, infact gambling is not something that people should risk their life for, it doesn't even guarantees wealth so I don't see any reason why someone with a high blood pressure would want to involve himself with something that could trigger it to rise. At this point wining shouldn't what one is thinking of, what should be considered is if the game ends in lose, because if it definitely end in lose their will be more loses. It will be a difficult situation. It is very risky to go into a game like this because it will be so difficult to handle to control one's emotions if the expected outcome which is win dont come through. The $60 stake may be a huge one for you but not for your friend and I believe that's why he insisted on going ahead with it despite your advice that he shouldn't. We can only suggest or advise friends but we truly can't force them to do what they don't want to do. Otherwise, they will see us as inconsiderate and overbearing. True that medical advice should be followed in taking care of a stable circulatory system by not using a set of triggers of nervous tension. This is putting one's life at risk because even people that don't have high blood pressure automatically gets high blood pressure from games that they played and  they couldn't win talk more of someone who has already and he is still wants to gamble more not even considering his star of health, no matter the situation of things we shouldn't take our health for granted because we want to gamble and make money, so people with high blood pressure should stop gambling or if they want to if they are addicted to it, they should bet with a little money and see it as fun not means of survival so it doesn't trigger the high blood pressure they have already.
