in trump’s recent speech he mentioned his actions and goals further. he mentioned iranians and even democrats. we also know us seizing venezuelan president. though americans are more concerned about the affordability of their own goods. trump is doing a lot of heavy work involving other countries, is he focusing on the wrong things or at the end of all of this usa will be more powerful?

Trump is a power-hungry man who spends his evil mind creating wars for his own benefit. I agree with you that Trump is focusing on the wrong things, which is why it is not surprising to see his downfall.

US influence almost always destabilizes the world. There is no war in recent times where the Trump administration or US forces have not had a hand. Trump also played a role in the Russia-Ukraine war, the Iran-Israel war, and the short-term India-Pakistan war. But the sad thing is that despite his actions, he considers himself a peace-loving man. If he had used his influence on other countries to solve his own problems, the United States would not be in a disaster now.

France's President Macron publicly said about speaking to President Trump this week:

"I do not intend to speak to President Trump at Davos."

Trump just posted a text message from Macron asking to meet in Davos.

Watched the Oilers/Devils game tonight.  There were random boos and jeers during the US national anthem.  Even the people wearing the Devil's jerseys were looking at their feet.  There is no way DJT will find the political will to invade Greenland - it would just push everyone to China and Russia for help.

And now he's thinking of renaming the "Gulf of America" to the "Gulf of Trump".

These aren’t serious people…

But this is the problem. The fate of the world rests on "unserious people".
People like Trump shouldn't have the kind of power he has. I remember in Trump's first term, when he was exhibiting these behaviours, people kept making excuses for him, they kept saying "he's not serious, he's only joking". He said a lot of things that are our career ending for most, but when it comes to Trump, people just laugh over it and feel he's joking, and he keeps getting worst.
Whenever I listen to Trump speak, I always ask if this is the best the greatest country in the world has to offer. Just one year into his term and look at the chaos he's causing. He doesn't even care about diplomacy, doesn't even understand it. He wants to take everything by force.

This view looks a bit one sided!! I believe that Donald Trump mostly focus his old energy on foreign pressure and power politics to a large extent but that does not automatically translate to ego and warmongering I think for the likes of Donald Trump being strong abroad is about being strong at home at least base on his recent interviews it seems that way. H e seems to overlook that large amount of Americans are much more concerned about the price of living that is on the high side for them because they can’t seem to afford basic needs to their comfort.

He know that if anything happen to other countries it will definitely affect US economy because they are the major country that is manufacturing many products in the world. You can see that Trump don't allow crisis to happen to any country of the world because they know what will happen to citizens and companies that are producing goods and services.

If he acts that way of people interests before his, will give him the opportunity of being loved by the people, in which they can support him in anything he does but people should be careful and be independent, so as not to totally depend on those who are in power because they might disagree or disappoint at any time leaving them no other option than to just obey and follow them.
