Bitcoin wildly accepted legal in many countries held by institutions other crypto Adoption varies many depend on hypeand trends, what I'm trying to narrate is that Bitcoin is crypto but not all crypto is Bitcoin, Bitcoin focus on security scarcity and long term value whole other crypto currency focus on utility and innovation often with higher risk.

The only way we can easily compare bitcoin and crypto is just that to an extent, they function a certain way and not not that they are the same. Crypto is just a general name that's given to anything that's built under bitcoin but bitcoin on it own is the big deal that houses everything that has come to be known as crypto.

Though theirs now a mix between crypto and bitcoin, bitcoin is not one of the cryptocurrency but stands uniquely as the brain behind every and anything we've come to see as cryptocurrency.

It is reminded in some resources like the article on Coingecko.com or in threads, posts in this forum and in media but people look to find opportunities with altcoins and ignore risk reminders.

It is common to ignore warnings till you face the problem yourself. Your own bad experience has much higher impact that other people telling you about theirs. However the age factor also comes into account, younger people are more risk taking and might have this problem more commonly than older people who are more careful.

Hence you will see younger people entering crypto trying to get into altcoins more commonly than older people.

Yep, that's right bro, not every crypto can be compared with Bitcoin. Because some cryptos are even meme coins, can we compare them with BTC? That would be a dumb idea. Comparing only matters if the crypto is independent of Bitcoin. While Bitcoin is the main coin that is leading the way for the rest of the crypto market.

Bitcoin moves up, the market goes up, but if it goes down, most likely the market will go down too. Now, comparing the use case and other characteristics of alts with Bitcoin is a comparison that has been done so many times. It is the same thing, just the term altcoin has been changed to crypto.

I saw this post on X, it was reported that 37.8M tokens were launched between 2023 and 2026, those are crypto launched by bunch of criminals looking for quick money and I can tell you for free that 1% from that number didn't make it to now, they are dead and forgotten and many more are coming to spam the network for us all but since Bitcoin is unaffected, everything good.

Bro I am sure the number, if not 1%, it will be more than 10% because a lot of projects come and go because they are created for the sole reason of scamming people, they sometimes not scam like real scammers, meaning they use system loopholes, offers etc. to lure people into investing and people are greedy. They can give a little profit at the start and then they will take more.

Meme coins and their lovers are sometimes dumb, but they are saying it because they want the readers to buy the fomo, so they can make a profit in that short period of time. We sometimes don't understand but such small posts by a random person with good community could do a lot of harm or benefit to the project, which can make you more.
