Not very much really but the one thing that seems to be missing so much these days is originality. It's like there are a hundred casinos that all have the same games or so similar you couldn't distinguish them. I don't think there's any new thing casinos can add that does not include a smooth amd fast transaction process. I don't know if some casino intentionally delays the withdrawal so that the gamble will be tempted to continue gambling.
And also, a casino should also provide 24/7 active customer service, some don't provide a 24hr customer service, so they should improve so that if anyone will ever encounter any situation they will be able to  respond to them immediately to get the issues resolved.
