There are some casino teams that are not responding to questions be ask by some gamblers in their thread because they know their response will be an evidence on gamblers to use against them when they fail in the future, but they will not respond to such questions, I want casino teams to be transparency to gamblers because they are the reason many casino owners are making it from gambling today because they keep gambling even though they are not willing now they will surely win in the future,  secondly they shouldn't delay winners awards because we have seen many cases where casino teams don't want to release gambler winnersl reward than to bring up some rules that was never mention on the gambling rules.

Personally, I would like deposits and withdrawals to be permanently instant.

Surely, this could be one of the feature that gamblers would love to experience.
We had a gambling apps that is tied with our local hybrid custodial wallet (accepts both local currency and cryptocurrency), so you can easily deposit and withdraw instantaneously using our local currency from the app back to our wallet and vice-versa. But that was before it was forced to be removed separately from the wallet by the authorities due to high volume of players who got hooked up with it, and how easy it is to access.
I think it could be possible with any crypto casinos too.

Another thing that most player would like to see to an online casino is excellent customer service. The kind of service where casino representatives respond almost immediately to resolved the ticket. Players are sick of the 2-3 business days timeframe for the ticket to get resolved. Often times, cases even go beyond 3 business days. Some even takes the whole week (full 7 days).

They also have a support channel where you can directly ask questions about the problems you want to complain about. Not all gambling sites are very active here on the forum. Sometimes they only visit once a week, so they won't really be taken care of immediately if you complain here, unlike on their support channel, where the response is faster.

I agree that winners' rewards shouldn't be delayed as long as there's no cheating going on in their games. They should get their winnings quickly, just like they deposited them quickly. Players shouldn't be made to suffer if they've managed to win it properly.

It’ll take a lot for me to find a perfect casino but if a casino allows me to play without KYC or any personal information given will be quite ideal lol. Only crypto wallet needed to deposit and withdraw.

I need the following from online casinos especially the last one which I have been trying to point out for a while now.

1. Quick customer services responses, I don't have to wait for days before a casino gets back to me when my issue needs to be rectify in a matter of hours, anything over few hours is very bad.

2. Expansive withdrawal solutions, I don't have to bide by what the casinos supports only, today we have too many chains available and some are relatively cheaper than many others, if I don't want to use BNB chain for withdrawal I don't have to be forced because BNB chain is the only supported one available.

3. This is just a wish, It is not easy for many gamblers to go through casinos terms and conditions, because there is a lot to read and the sight of the ToS feels tiring before you even begins, I do wish that casinos can write the dos and don't separately to where it can be easily seen or access by customers.

If an online casino really wants to be trustworthy then the real rule is not to avoid questions but to give clear and timely answers because many times it is seen that when players ask reasonable questions then the casino team remains silent which naturally creates suspicion. Therefore, if there is transparency then there will be less misunderstandings in the future and the trust of both parties will increase.

Another big problem is that if someone wins money in a casino, if he is late in paying then naturally there will be suspicion towards the casino. Therefore, if it is clearly stated at the beginning that you can withdraw your winnings after so long or the customer knows in advance when he will receive the money then a credibility is created and it is best if the winnings can be withdrawn immediately.

All in all, if you play well and pay on time then the online casino industry can be sustainable in the long run.

This your point is noted,  I know what I wished they should do will not be possible, but for me I would have love the casino to stop KYC completely because I see no reason for that. Email and password should be ok. Because the issue of KYC is becoming a problem in the gambling industry. Specially during withdrawal. They don't ask for KYC on sign up but during withdrawal they ask for KYC. The best way is to completely removed KYC verification from casino,  that is what I wished they could do.
I think you're right because I wonder why casino would like to bring problems to the gamblers after they have found out that you have no option than to stick to their requirements. To be honest it doesn't make sense to me because I don't know why they can't put everything together during registration to enable the gamblers not have any issue, but they would continuing waiting until you hit big amount before they would start requesting for KYC, so had it been it will be possible for that to happen that would have been a nice move and easiest way for gamblers to withdraw to their money without any stress.

First of all, it wouldn't exist and even if you've been a seasoned bettor on that site it will still have some discrepancies at some point at the time that you'll be there. I think the instant deposit was probably achievable but I guess the withdrawals will not considering casinos tend to be obedient to authorities especially with AML stuff.

Almost all online casinos nowadays offer instant deposits and withdrawals. I think every casino can have that. 
KYC is not something burdensome for me, but if there is an online casino that does not require KYC and still pays out any winnings instantly, that is the best. Some gamblers don't mind KYC, but some gamblers are quite strict about choosing casinos that require KYC.

I couldn't agree more with the fast withdrawal, because let's say you play on land base casinos, withdrawals are instant and there will be no question ask. You will just have to go to the cashier and withdraw money, that's it.

But in online, we want that fast withdrawals but there are some casinos that don't go with it. Sometimes you have to wait before they processed it and so that is a huge no-no for most us gamblers. Specially of today that there are no network clogging, it should be as fast as they can.

Withdrawal time is like basically the moment of truth for every casino, especially for those using it for the first time. The casino’s user interface may be top notch but withdrawal/deposit timeframe determines if the customer would return to play after their first time. No one likes to wait for too long before seeing their deposit reflected on their balance, or have to wait even more to see their withdrawal in their account or wallet, winning isn’t that easy and the least a casino can do is process a withdrawal almost instantly when gamblers manage to win.

Confirmations of blockchain are typical of crypto transactions, so any delays in deposits because of network confirmations are expected and not the fault of the casino. I wonder if there's such a thing as perfect casino. The mere fact that almost all of them require KYC, whether upon sign-up or upon withdrawal, means they're far from perfect. But, yeah, I'm with you on that. It's good that you mentioned it. That's something sneaky. I don't think that's just a neutral design. There seems to be a bad intention behind it, that they require KYC only upon withdrawal.

Anyway, in addition to instant deposits and withdrawals and the complete removal of KYC, it's also a great feature if a casino has low house edge, high maximum and low minimum in withdrawal, and generous bonuses with easy terms.

To make casinos even better I wish they would have or change two things

1) instead of giving general explanation or using copy/paste from ToS, I wish they would be more detailed in giving explanation why they have chosen such way to act towards gambler.
2) give gambler opportunity to express his point of view. If gambler is judged and accuse of something, like in real trial, he must be given chance to say some words to protect himself.

I remember story when forum users were banned from participating in tournaments. Reason was "rules violation". That is one sided decision without giving chance to explain. I think it is wrong to do that.

Personally, I would like deposits and withdrawals to be permanently instant, and if they require KYC in the future, they should ask for it when I register or when I make a deposit, not when I withdraw.

If they would be honest they would all ask for KYC in the beginning at the registration. Unfortunately they dont ask for KYC up until user wants to withdraw his funds.

As for things I prefer at the casino is clean user interface and easily accessible basic functions like search, original games, slots etc

What I dont like in most casinos is "controversial moments in customer support".  Embarrassed
For those who dont understand what I mean.  I meant moments when the customer supports acts in ways that are questionable, against their ethics, especially when they act sneakily, and times when they make customers feel misled. I had one experience with a popular casino, which I do not want to mention, but the support team was asking me sneaky questions, and if I answered incorrectly without thinking twice, they may freeze my money on the platform. I quickly scolded the support team by letting him know I knew what trick he was doing.
